Ive heard of and experienced healing while reading the Bible out loud so definately do that every day. I had neck pain so bad I could only sleep on my back many nights and it vanished while I was reading the Bible out loud. I felt so much stronger my bones , joints and every thing. You can look up healing scriptures on utube or maybe all the Bible is healing I don't know. 😉

I'm a t-10 complete I was shot in a home invasion march 10th 2018 yesterday marks 3 years and I've done way more with my life than I would have with legs you have a life long journey my friend it will be difficult but rewarding there are plenty of people in the community that will show you along the way and remember success is a flag pole on a mountain of defeat. It happened to my dad almost 2 months ago

I was doing bear crawls and twisted my back a weird way and a jolt went through my whole body and I immediately got scared. It’s been 3 days and I have tightness just below my thoracic spine but no really bad pain, also I’m getting tingles in my extremities which cause my hands to shake. I hope this will heal overtime and not lead to a more serious problem down the line. I’m also 22.

I had an SCI, I went from active and being able to lift loads of boxes, to barely being able to walk without immense pain. SCI is no joke, the doctors said I needed surgery. I didn’t go through with it because I’m young and doctors didn’t even give me the percentage of people who get paralyzed from the waist down after the surgery. I almost gave up hope, that was until I found out about inversion tables, it helped me heal almost completely after 2 months of use. The inversion table helped ease the pressure of gravity on my nerves and the spinal cord, it helped my spine to heal. Now I’m about 99% better than I used to be, you guys should look into getting an inversion table if you suffer from a herniated disk. Highly recommend it in fact, it saved my life tbh.

so, at the end of all this, you say you had a herniated disk, if i understand correctly a herniated disk is not SCI and if you truly have SCI, an inversion table can only make it worse

I have a bad C5-C6 extrusion from a car accident and after a stressful moment I couldn't control my limbs. I told the paramedic guy but he had no compassion and kept pushing on my sternum which was really painful at that time. I also experienced incontinence and extreme nerve pain and when my nerves where distended I started having "schizoaffective symptoms" but they didnt connected it to my neck injuries. They said it was genetic because my mom was diagnosed with that but I never had symptoms like that before the car accident.

Especially gymnastics backbend it’s easy to break ur spinel.

Neurons are not capable to , divide or reform when damaged. Research is in progress to make neurons from stem cells or other body cells. It will never be cured on their on
