This was a very thorough and informative video! I have struggled so much with my top coat brush hardening from the activator on the nails. I had tried so many different things to try to avoid this from happening, but to no avail. I am going to try to wipe them with alcohol before doing the top coat and hopefully that works.

All my bottles of 1,2,3 including the ones that came in the starter kits, are dried up.. help!!

When I use first time the base coat, the brush is ok.When I use the second time my brush is too hard and I am not able to use it . Have you any idea why is this happening?Thank you!!

what base coat did you apply? Does it act as a substitute for glue?

Why pour on the clear to encapsulate?

My clear comes out different. Can make a video of how to work with your clear dip powder? Maybe I have an old batch.

@@RossiNails did the company make a new batch of clear dip powder? I've had my clear dip powder from your company for about 9 months noe and it take a good 15 minutes until the clear actually dries and it comes out spotty. And no where near close to what it I've seen in the video you provided.

If they are out of clear powder how do I use the tips and base coat

Hi Nicki! You may build a Nail Apex using either techniques depending on your preference or which one works best for you. Some may prefer to start building their Nail Apex using a powder with no color as shown on this video, or you may go straight to using a Glam Powder of your choice in color just like how it was done in our video below.😊 kzread.info/dash/bejne/c6yE0NaAhLTFhrg.html

Please help!!!!! When I use tips the corners are never flat but they stick up and I file them so much. The center is smooth but the corners re always sticking up :(

Hi Miriam! Nail Tips are a bit stiff especially at the edges. Prior to shaping and filling your nails, you may gently press the edges of the nails bending the sides of the nail together. Hi Kalin! You may start building your Nail Apex using a Clear Powder or you may also go straight to using your colored Glam Powder, depending on which method works best for you. What do I do if instead of color, I will be using gel polish? Should I just add the extra 3 layers of clear or natural? Help!! 🤣
