Yes but which is starch and which is cellulose?

Why (C1-C6) glycoside linkage in branch of Amelopectin is Alpha? Is this because , they are on same side ? If so.. why (C1-C4) glycoside linkage in cellulose is not beta ? Since that linkage is also on same side..?

Is the bond called C-H bond or C-O bond?
