Hi mam koy ek designe ki Jo already pahele se published hai or. Minimum 2/3 year we market me hai usko agar koy registration karva leta hai tab kya unko registration form me novelty ya Kuch alag hatke hai Aisa koy declaration Nahi dena hota? Agar ha to fir to Woh inlegle declaration huva ! To fir to Woh IPC ke under section 367 /368/420 ke tahat Woh offence Nahi banta ??? Or ye Jo galat tarikhe se kiya huva design registration cencle Nahi Hoga kya mem ? Plz reply mem !

the timing I gave you is the maximum timing it takes to register a design..according to the law. Read this for reference Every application for registration of design In India undergoes an examination of the Act and Rules as amended from time to time. The applications are examined in the order in which the application is filed under Section 5 and 44 of the Act. Defects or objections in the application, if any, noticed during the examination of the application are communicated to the applicant or to his agent at the address for service. The time period for removal of the objection, pursuant to the examination report, is six months from the date of application which may be extended up to further three months on a request made with the prescribed fee before expiry of the stipulated period of six months. An application which owing to any neglect or default of the applicant has not been completed within the stipulated time shall be deemed to be abandoned. (that's 9 months at max.) Appeal:- Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Controller refusing to register a design may appeal to the High Court. The appeal should be made within three months from the date of the Controller's decision. (that's 3 months.) I'm not saying that the procedure can not be done earlier. I just gave the time period stipulated by the law. I hope it's clear now.

I got Examination Report within after 2 weeks of filing with objections, and have sent the reply, when will I get my registration done?

@@sachindeshpande5044 If you have filed the reply, the next step is approval or refusal by the controller. If the process is this fast, maybe another week or two! I can not speak for the controller, I can only inform you what is written in the law.
