@@jahnavipriyajaanu1998 not that long, 8-10 hours is ok. but once in a while you can keep for 3-4 days but sometimes bacteria/ insects might grow. not the best practice

Do you have any tips on changing these pads when outside the house? I work long hours and we have to use public toilets in our building, and rinsing blood off a sanitary pad in front of my colleagues is definitely not an option.

after removing, you can fold the pad with the help of snap button (so the blood is inside) it will not leak as all the blood is absorbed very well on the inside layer. then you can keep in any plastic zip lock bag or travel leak proof bags that come for this purpose. when you reach home, soak the pad in cold soapy water for 2-8 hours, all blood will come out. then wash like you wash your underwear - machine or by hand.

But a cloth pad would always feel wet, isn't it? That can lead to itchiness or rashes too.

It feels no more wet than a paper pad. Most people say that when a cloth pad feels wet it should have been changed earlier or right now. Many feel their flow is less with cloth. Cramping is less.for many.

Surprisingly, it doesn't. I change my cloth pads every 2-3 hrs. It actually feels airy! Just like wearing regular undies. And no rashes anymore since wearing cloth pads.
