The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Friday allowed banks to sell fraud loan exposures to asset reconstruction companies (ARCs). Is it good for bank sector???

Sir why would NARCL buy Bad loans.? How will NARCL make a profit..?

NARCL is created to buy bad loans in first place. Clearing NPAs is its essential functioning. It was brought in to help clear balance sheets of banks to aid them in concentrating on credit creation which is only possible if these NPAs are cleared off.

Not in all the cases NARCl will fail to pay agreed amount to the bank.. Those cases which get realized successfully .it will surely have more amount the than agreed amount between bank and NARCL ...that's how they will manage their profitability..
