@@bkman0978 That’s the best part! You don’t have to tell anything. Everyone in track puts their bodies through tremendous stress and tears to crank out these times. Everyone has their ups and downs, but I guess everything you is perfect.

@omarmcknight2485 I am perfect but I understand ETH isn't. She seemingly fell off since last Olympics if you didn't realize. I'm slightly being sarcastic but she hasn't been in form for years. I want Jamaica to go 1,2,3. Everyone including Shacarri is improving. She may not medal after probably being the GOAT. She's had 3 years to recover her body, if you didn't notice. Something is wrong with her situation.

Thing is, an athlete and his/her coach, knows best how to condition the athlete. It all well and good what us as spectators desire, we must get to that place when we can subdue our egos and allow the athletes to peak when the time is right. Don't bada wid the yoyo thing. By now, we must realize that the athlete knows his her body best. Thats why the bible tells us, the race is not for the swift, neither the battle for the strong but for him who endures to the end. If we proclaim love for our athletes, then we must trust the process. Don't join the band wagon and start castigate. They need to trust us. Can they?

2022, she opened up with a 400m and ran 56 sec, and finished last. Had she not won the Commonwealth title that year, the season would have been a total failure...2023, she opened up with another disastrous 400m, running 60 seconds. She was still being coached by her husband. Had Shaneke Osbourne not stepped in to coach her, she would not have made the World Champs relay team. Her season ended with a 10.79 at the Grand Prix meet. Her fastest time since 2021 10.54. 2024, she gets rid of Miss Osbourne in a dispute over money, even though the formula which they came up with seemed to be working. Opening race of 2024 Olympic season, she is now sharing Shelly-Ann's coach, she runs a 11.3 sec 100m and finishes last, talking about "a 1000 mile journey.." Perhaps someone should remind her that her Olympic Title defence is a lot closer !!
