I can see Vegeta at this point regretting his actions. The Moro saga showed he regretted what he did on Nameck. So him regretting what he did to Nappa aka the man who raised him makes sense

Nappa wasn't really Vegeta's friend, he was a subordinate and caretaker when he was young.

I can see Vegeta feeling regret to what he did to Nappa, but not actually bring him back -- in the end, Nappa deserved to go to hell. Interesting take though, I am following along. That and Nappa would've been long since reincarnated.

The only problem I have with this is the dragon balls were used to revive everyone killed by Frieza and his men. Which technically would include Nappa as he was killed by Vegeta while he still worked for Frieza. Unless he had been dead too long to be revived, he is alive and living on Earth staying under the radar knowing he can't beat the Z fighters, Vegeta and Goku.

@@Asterite Mr Popo asked for all those killed by Frieza and his men to be revived. He didn't specify good or bad. He also didn't specify namekians. So there is a possibility, given that the wish was so hard for shenron, that everyone ever killed by Frieza and his men revived. But most of those peoples planets had been destroyed. So did they awaken in space only to immediately die again??
