A major issue with this scenario is that the USA starts off as one the weakest countries in terms of military, so the allies, infamous for being too OP, now get USA’s industry even earlier, not to even mention that Italy and Japan are now on their side against one lonely Germany.

I think you should've started this in 1939. USA really sucks at early game

I know this might not the be the best timelapse, but this was what I had time to record before my vacation. Shortly after I got home from my trip, I got sick, so thats why I have been long for a long while. Might test out this scenario again in the future in 1939 and see if that might have a better result!

I have 2 ideas: 1 What if italy annexed Spain and joined the axis. 2 What if the middle east plus Afghanistan joined the Comintern

Certainly worth a redo. Tho I wonder what caused the allies to attack the USA so early. I was thinking that it would be until 1939 when Germany invades Poland that the war in America would start.

So, US collapsed almost istantly. Germany and China, and their later allies, managed to resist for some time, also thanks to the Soviet attack on the Allies. They finally lose, the Comintern manages to resist for quite some time but when they are defeated, Germany not only wasn't, quite justifiably, divided but also, this one peculiar, managed to get bigger than it was before the war despite losing XD.

I think this would be a lot more balanced if you had the US divided with the CSA in the Axis, Union in the Comintern and had Sweden and Spain in the Axis. The issue isnt so much the US collapsing at the start as more of call to arms and the oddity that is the US/Canadian border.

Its on the to-do list! I might do something like "What if Pakistan was independent and joined the Axis in WW2" or some other factions. Might also do a scenario where Pakistan is a superpower!
