I don’t think Tommy would have come over to San Andreas if Ken called him. He quite literally didn’t answer the first time Ken called him. However imagine Tommy would appear, I guess that maybe, just maybe, Salvatore would put Tommy as Caligula’s manager so that a neutral party would look after the casino. A neutral party with powerful connections. This would still be a source of tension between the families due to Tommy’s history and his killing of Sonny Forelli.

Rockstar dosen't hire big name actors anymore.... ray liotta much like steven ogg ( trevor ) they don't Like or play video games .... also burt reynolds ( avery Carrington) As well as Michael hollic ( Niko bellic) have also had fall outs with rockstar games. Young maylay ( CJ ) he was more into his own rap career and got tired of fans bugging and hounding him about gta related stuff much like steve ogg again.

having Tommy Vercetti in San Andreas is one of them awesome things that we should had but we never got. So much character development, Wasted. Mr Liotta, may his soul rest in peace, done the right thing ending bussiness with those R* sharks. It is not funny at all how because of developers greed, players end up suffering the most.

Tommy was supposed to appear in GTA San Andreas. I wish he appeared and served as CJ's ally.

Well he could be there but he wasnt happy with his salary so they didnt add him there and Rsy Liotta Voice Actor wasnt happy with his payment he wanted more and it ended up he wasnt in the game
