Oh yes, russia was neutral in WW1, but still lose territories in WW1. I think, it must have 1913 borders
can you form africa with ethiopia? give them a faction named african union. lets just see what happens in non-historical

I can make them control all of Africa, but I cant form a country called Africa sadly. Adding it to the to-do list tho! :)

@@aidrianyoutube i saw something like that somewhere... idk if you can form the african union then. if not just make the largest formable nation from ethiopia (like horn of africa etc) only works with bba of course
