Actually Lisa Lisa could absolutely have had a fighting chance. It says in the manga that her Hamon is 3 times as powerful as Joseph's. Kars cheated because fighting Lisa Lisa would have meant certain death for him. She would probably have lost against all three at once though.

Some of Dio's minions actually could do it, especially since stands apparently aren't a natural part of evolution on earth, so an ultimate pillarman couldn't just acquire one

I think they might even go to seek Santana and find him being turned into stone. Whilest it's obvious to the three that Santana was defeated too, they would still see him as a prawn yet awaken him. I think Kars is actually a bit scared of Santana since Santana can actually stand the sun! Sure he's not the brightest, but Kars refused to step to such a low level in order to conquer the sun without all of his glory.

I mean, if Kars wanted to start a resurgence of Pillarmen, he could. See, the thing about having complete control of your physiology is that you don't have to stay the same sex. In fact, you don't even need two people of opposite ones to have kids. He could just asexually reproduce if he wanted to. Plenty of critters have that "power" and he has the power of all the critters, right? So I think he'd just recreate the Pillarmen race in their new perfected form and they'd... probably just ignore humanity, really. They'd just do whatever they wanted. No one could stop them, after all, and why go through the trouble of killing ants that aren't being a nuisance? Some ants will inevitably get squished underfoot but that's what happens to ants.

A fight between a young Enyaba and the pillar men could be interesting, she'd just need a way to puncture their skin, which as i say it actually seems impossible

I don't think it'd be any harder than it was before to puncture their skin than before, it would just be less of a major wound for them (not that it would be anyway). With Enyaba, even the tiniest scratch would do. Assuming she had a Stand as a young woman (I honestly don't remember if she did or if it was from the arrow) she could beat the Pillar Men if she lured them into her foggy town, set off some nail bombs and caught them all in it and then possessed them with her Stand. I'm going to assume that none of the Pillar Men can suck up her Stand like Star Platinum can, considering that no living being could do that anyway. She'd need a lot of luck on her side, but she could do it.

Yeah, like maybe a vampire without the sun weakness? On the other hand, it was said that the only reason the pillar men needed Aja was because otherwise the mask couldn't reach their brains... so, maybe a human putting on the Aja mask would just destroy the brain because the spikes got stronger.

Nothing. The Red Stone of Aja + Stone Mask was specifically made for a member of the unnamed race to unlock their full potential and become Pillar Men. When humans use the Stone Mask, they unlock their full potential and become humans. You cannot go beyond "unlocking full potential". So nothing would happen.

Then DIO would probably either team up with the pillar men, or try to get them to follow him. And then they all take over the universe.

How can you guarentee her not dying / find the arrow in this verse

If the pillar men won, I can imagine humanity doing it's best to survive while the pillar men hunt them down, and eventually one of them (the part's jojo) finds the arrows, and a battle for the fate of humanity ensues, and at the very end, when Kars is about to deliver the finishing blow, the requiem arrow that jojo had been carrying plunges itself into the stand, making it requiem and allowing jojo to win.

The fact that everyone underestimates Santana so much makes me sad. Santana was so much powerful I think the main three pillar men feared his potential. He was having a great strength. He can be a stone in the sun unlike others who have to hide or he will go inside someone body to hide. Yeah I know ultimate kars can mimic his power but he has the actual power. If he had used the stone mask with Aja first he would have been undefeatable. I think Santana was the most dangerous pillar man and we still don't no even if he died or is in hibernation. Even in hibernation he is absorbing life.

Lord's Ember Ultimate Kars' stand wouldn't differ from his normal stand since stands are related to the mind, not the body

when u realize that joseph was ineffective against kars bc kars was immune to joseph's tricks bc kars is so level-headed and calculated bc of his personality, but once he becomes the ultimate being, he lets his guard down from being so cocky that he lets joseph defeat him. also, it was said that the red stone would be what would destroy the pillar men (which it caused the volcano to erupt), but it is bc of kars's use of the red stone that he left himself open and defenseless against joseph's cunning tricks.

I’d imagine that eventually Kars would get bored without immortality at some point, same with Wamuu and Esidisi. I believe that eventually the Pillar Men would stop thinking.

I see exactly one way the pillar men might be stopped, but it would require humanity to somehow manage to keep the pillar men distracted for a full seven years, and keep them away from a certain project in the United States... As powerful as the ultimate form was, there is no reason to believe that it would be able to survive a nuclear blast at close range. Again, it is a long shot to assume that the pillar men wouldn't put a stop to the project before humanity could finish the weapon, but if they did, that would be checkmate.

Ultimate Kars' abilities are solely enhanced versions of every other plant and animal on Earth. However, as far as we know, there aren't any animals or plants immune to radiation. In fact, considering how much more often Pillar Men cells must divide in comparison to humans, it is possible that they could suffer more from radiation poisoning than a normal person would.

In a world dominated by the Pillar Men humans would be disperate and there would be lots of people with a strong will to survive. If they find the arrows there would be more stand users than in the canon universe and maybe with an army of stand users they could defeat Kars.. but it would also imply that the Pillar Men could obtain a stand.. Time based stands sure would help and maybe if DIO and Jotaro join forces they would win.. Also what if the mask with the Aja Stone is used on DIO? Would it unlock vampire full potential or it only works on Pillar Men?

No, if the Pillar men would have won the fight against the Hamon users humanity would have soon united under one alliance to stop the Pillar men and granted, all weapons at the time would have been useless but since it is 1938 this new human super alliance would have poured all resources into developing a nuclear bomb in a global equivalent of the Manhatten Project and maybe would have been able to do so within a few months. And once you have that you have a way to kill the Pillar men, and don't say that a nuclear bomb wouldn't have done it. Kars was barely able to get out of the volcano with lava that was 1000 degrees celcius hot. The inside of a nuclear fireball is up to several MILLION degrees hot. You just need to have some brave soldiers that take the nuclear bomb into a fighter jet and kamikaze it into the Pillar men(and we've seen Jospeh outrun ultimate Kars with a cargo plane) because a missle they could just fly away from.

Cockroaches aren't immune to radiation. They're affected less noticeably due to their slow molting cycles. The more an organism's cells undergo division, the more affected they are by radiation. If anything, all that morphing, breaking and reforming would make them more vulnerable.

Even if Kars could die by being right besides the point of detonation, he would easily be able to avoid it and then simply kill every mutated cell in his body at the same time or just change then back to normal He cannot die by any biological means Even in the vacuum of space he is still alive, he just stopped thinking rationally (bassicly hibernation)

Kars, AC/DC and Whaamu become living gods, meanwhile Santana is stuck living in a little room with his pet snake.

Alternate universe where the Pillar Men became ultimate life forms and then suffered from the existential boredom of being the top of everything

There would still be stands more than capable of, in theory, killing the pillar men. Killer Queen, Highway to Hell, Cheap Trick, Golden Experience Requiem, Cream, Malicious Misdeeds Managed for a Meager Price, Notorious B.I.G. ... These are all a few that come to mind, but there are still probably more. Anyways, those are the ones that could kill/delete the pillar men. Then there are stands that could potentially bind them to an alternate reality such as Man in the Mirror or Atrocious Actions Acted at an Agreeable Amount. So in short, any stand that alters dimensions or has a built in remove/kill on touch ability is capable of killing them because it surpasses the ability to heal completely. Then there are the arguable ones such as Star Platinum in its prime and the World because they can also stop time allowing the pillar men to be dealt fatal damage before being able to heal... But I don't know how that would turn out. There's also White Album, which can produce a similar effect to outer space which is what defeated Kars in the first place, but I still don't really know how that would work either since it's not the exact same environment. Still though, there is no organism on the earth that can withstand such conditions so Kars most likely wouldn't be able to evolve into an organism that could deal with the effect.

Kars didnt die though, the anime basically says that he stopped thinking because he wanted to die but couldnt, since if he has the power of all organisms then the cold wouldnt affect him and he doesnt really need oxygen.

Another weird scenario would be if the Piller Men showed up later (So either DIO vs the Piller Men or The Duwang Gang vs the Piller Men (Possibly Kira as well))

Huh that'd be an interesting timeline...Like, DIO gathers an army of stand users specifically to fight the pillarmen. Sounds neat

When Wammu battles Caesar, Wammu actually felt a bit of emotion for him when he died. This is because he said the tradition of Zeppeli bloodline, effecting him and causing him to not fight and just stand there, even when Caesar gets crushed by the stone.. ✝️

A better question is what they would have as stands... not counting ultimate kars' purple hermit.

I'm more curious about what Wamu wanted after he achieved the perfect form? His character and his plans conflict in so many ways. If he's about personal development and challenging humans as equals, why would he go so far as to make himself leagues beyond any human? In the end, I think I understood that Wamu doesn't necessarily support Kars' end goal. Kars believes in a perfect end by any means, and wanted to test how far perfection could go. Maybe he believed that the stone was merely a fraction of the whole, and sought after finding more powerful stones in space or something as science grew on. However, he's a little spineshit shit when it comes to his friends. Meanwhile Wamu believes in giving the opponent a chance because he enjoys sport more than anything else. His playful personality plus his abilities meant that he wanted humans to somehow equal a pillar man's strength in some form so that he had a proper challenge for the rest of his years. He enjoyed his personal humor. He's like a big brother who's into football and teaching you how to get into the NFL. ACDC Just sucked up to Kars. He doesn't seem to have any personality other than just being Kars little beta. I don't get his character at all. So that being said, there's a strong possibility that Wamu would eventually retaliate against the other two. While he might see them as team mates, he would also learn that he would be seen expendable, which would deter any bonds he has with them. I think Wamu would have used his powers to allow himself to breed with humans, recreating their race through repopulation, and giving humans some sort of personal advantage to challenging him. I see him more like an entertained king more than a god if anything. He even cares about his enemies at some points-- something the other two lack. A perfect spin-off is that he somehow brought Dio and Jojo crew back from the dead and made them his new personal agents against Kars and ACDC. Who knows? Wamu is truly best pillar.

Just imagine Ultimate Dio with The World Over Heaven

Here's what my scenario would be. So the Pillar Men, specifically Ultimate Kars and adapted Esidisi and adapted Wamuu each start going for they're goals with Kars and Esidisi trying to enslave humans in an area and Wamuu searching the lands for a worthy opponents. They start in Europe and conquer it with ease. Then they decide to go to Mexico and there they revive Santana who then also becomes adapted but still stays where he is to write scriptures. They then have to decide to strike either the United States or Canada since they already took out Mexico. They ultimately take on Canada first because Kars believes that they can become more cold resistant before taking on the USSR. While this is happening, realizing that the Pillar Men are a threat, Stalin, Roosevelt, Churchill, Mussolini, Hirohito, and Hitler sign a pact that has them team up to fight the Pillar Men because desparate times call for desparate measures. The only rule is no spreading of Communism and no anti semitism, which Stalin, Mussolini, and Hitler agree to out of desparation. So they start planning on ways to kill the Pillar Men with Germany working its science turning most of they're army into super soldiers, Stalin pushes factory workers to work harder and give out resources faster while dolling out food to keep his workers and people content. The US starts planning to build an atom bomb with help from Albert Einstein. Meanwhile, the Pillar Men strike Italy and defeat them with no effort whatsoever, before taking out Germany and Japan. The Pillar Men then decide to test the limits of they're bodies. Forty years pass with the United States, a now Democratic Germany, Democratic Japan, and England still fighting the Pillar Men who have just taken out the USSR and DIO escapes his coffin, obtains The World and, realizing there are no Joestar's to hinder him, does what he normally does and that's have women give birth to Rykiel, Ungalo, Donatello, and Giorno and form that relationship with Pucci. While this happens, Pucci and Weather Report obtain their Stands but Pucci never takes Weather Report's memory this time. DIO decides to try and conquer the world and plants fleshbuds in Polnareff and Kakyoin while also forming the Nine Glory Gods and getting other Stand users seen in Part 3. Around this time Avdol runs into the Pillar Men and he battles Esidisi. Impressed by his abilities with fire and care for the planet, he asks Kars if he can train Avdol to which Kars denies. In secret, Esidisi keeps training Avdol and Avdol forms a miniature group of Crusaders after defeating Kakyoin and Polnareff. Hol Horse joins them soon after. Also around this time Kars notices DIO having the same goal as him but then also knows there can be only one. He and Wamuu then join Avdol, Polnareff, Kakyoin, Hol Horse, and Esidisi on a journey to Egypt. Avdol dies to J. Geil in India but before his death he pulls a Zeppeli and gives Esidisi all the power of Magician's Red. They eventually get to Egypt after defeating the group of Stand users fought in Stardust Crusaders. Hol Horse gets killed by N'Doul before N'Doul gets Divine Sandstorm and killed. The Oingo Boingo Brothers get killed easily alongside Chaka and Khan. During the battle with Khan, Kars breaks Anubis, killing Anubis. Mariah tries to fight by using magnetism to stop Kars' Light Mode but falls to Esidisi's improved Crossfire Hurricane. Alessi stood no chance. Kakyoin defeats D'Arby in a poker game. They then get to DIO's mansion. Kakyoin beats the other D'Arby before he and Polnareff are killed by Vanilla Ice who also nearly kills Esidisi but he escapes and kills Vanilla Ice by using his veins to pull him out of Cream before doing that kick that kills Loggins in Battle Tendency. Wamuu fights Pet Shop and after killing the bird says he has respect for him after how well he fought back. The three Pillar Men then fight DIO with Ultimate Kars killing DIO after DIO knocks Esidisi unconscious and does the same to Wamuu. The three Pillar Men then continue their normal goals until 2001. By now everyone around the world knows what's going on and Passione and La Squadra start teaming up to fight the Pillar Men with Diavolo assisting La Squadra and Passione. They watch as the Pillar Men destroy Morioh. Luckily the survivors, Koichi, Okuyasu, and Rohan escape to Italy alongside Pucci and Weather Report. By now Pucci has obtained C-Moon as well. They all fight the Pillar Men. Esidisi kills Rohan, Koichi, Pucci, and Weather Report before he is erased by The Hand before Okuyasu is killed by Wamuu who kills every member of La Squadra and Passione except Diavolo, Bruno, Fugo, Narancia, and Giorno. Purple Haze is used to kill Wamuu before Kars easily kills Bruno and Fugo. He also kills Diavolo and nearly kills Narancia but Narancia survives. Giorno obtains the arrow, stabs himself, obtains Gold Experience Requiem, kills Kars infinitely, and he and Narancia help humanity recover from the Pillar Men's attack.

Wamuu didn't deserve to die

I would like to see dio winning during part 3, killing everyone but polnareff. Then he could travel on to meet part 4 and 5's gang to take dio down

It would be interesting to see a fight between DIO and Giorno.
