What if the Afroasiatic World United? Greater Arabia/Israel/Somalia

Who are the Afroasiatic peoples and what if the whole of the Afroasiatic world united as a single country? Such diverse groups as the Jews, Arabs, Ethiopians, Maltese, Assyrians and Somalis may not appear to have much in common on the surface, but there are many linguistic, cultural and genetic links between these groups that have led to various unification movements in the past.
Today we will be discussing some of the history and genetics of the Afroasiatic peoples and various nationalist/unification movements that have had a large impact in the past and in the present day. Thanks for watching!

Somalis are genetically unique people. Abyssinia never rolled The Somali lands till today and they will never inshallah. We Somalis are united people even though we were separated in 4 different countries, we marry each other to keep ourselves together with our unique culture and religion. I’m from Djibouti 🇩🇯 and I’m a proud Somali. My flag is the blue flag 🇸🇴, inshallah we Somalis will unite our lands and have one rolling government.#AproudSomali #SomaliaForSomalis #ThegreatestSomalia 💙

Unless, you're rich... or 'hot' in which case exceptions can be made, because "hate" like goalposts can be adjusted/moved/resized or even forgotten if the individual who sets the goalposts/rules/guidelines/rationale for 'whatever' (like "hate") deems it necessary. Of course; it's more often than not that the run of the mill knuckle brains who go along with what they're told to hate/love/agree with/die for/etc, etc. by those who determine what that is for the rest of us, will be severely punished if they don't 100% behave as told, whereas any non-conformist act by those at the top of the pile is forgiven without question. Fascinating stuff, especially as someone who is 100% Ashkenazi Jewish. Here's your usual dose of brain food: 1. Neolithic Cultural Archaeological Complexes around the world. What was civilization right before the supposed first civilization of Sumeria was founded? There are some fascinating cultural and phenotype's that are theorized and will make you question when "civilization" actually started. 2. Pre-Islamic Sub-Saharan Africa (Reiterate Central West Africa and the little known stronger African economies in that regions) 3. What cultures and ethnic groups only have a handful of people left? 4. Ethnicity and micronations 5. What if France successfully colonized the Kerguelen Islands? What type of nation would exist there today? I'd also investigate some of the Sub-Antarctic Island groups in the Indian and Pacific Oceans. 6. Do the same thing you did with this video, but with an EXTINCT language family. What if that survived and was a modern culture? I know the demographics would get confusing given how hypothetical it would be, but imagine you are writing a history of a Level 3 alternate reality in a parallel universe? Such as a modern Hunnic nation in Central Asia 7. Reiterate the modern day Zoroastrian culture and populations in the world. 8. Something specifically with the Metis of Canada 9. Reiterate Insular Chile and the Eastern Pacific off of the direct coast of the America's 10. Palawa Kani and the socio-cultural revival of Indigenous Tasmanian'sand the "Black War" 11. More about the native peoples of Australasia. more on that with a video like that than the 3 main Oceanic subdivisions 12. World's most unique independence movements 13. Haida Gwaii on the Queen Charlotte Islands, Dinetah at the four corners region, and other little known homelands of various groups 14. How French and Italian cultures blend in the border regions of the two countries 15. Cultural isolate villages in The Himalayas 16. Most surprising colonial powers 17. Jewish Kingdom of Khazaria, Kingdom of Semlien, etc. 18. Who were the Sabeans and other ancient Yemeni groups 19. Bulgaria 20. Pan Earth ethnicity and Nation-What if the United Nation actually united? 21. If you did a thing on American and Canadian ethnic groups, I'd do an equivalent on Australian and New Zealander ethnic identity in the same way.

That being said, i would not want to cite these two's ethnicities as a blanket condemnation on all Kalenjins.(To add, other non Kalenjins were involved likeJoseph Mathenge, David Mwiraria, J Gituma, and Mr. M M Tiema who was the acting Wajir D.C) Likewise, i would not want to also say it was the Kikuyu who are to blame(Particularly as i too am Kikuyu). Let us not blame ethnicities nut instead lay the blame at the doorsteps of the Moi administration and the Kenya Police, Kenya Army, Special Branch, The Airforce and Administration Police. The government was at fault, not the Kikuyu people as a whole and certainly not J Kenyatta who was already dead at the time.

And do keep in mind that the government at the time could not allow secessions to take place as the integrity of Kenya's borders were in question. Uganda was claiming all the lands up to Naivasha, Sudan and Ethiopia were claiming the Ilemi triangle and the coastal region brings with it its own host of problems. To be sure, the masaccre was not the answer but neither was secession. The government at the time (as well as now) should have ensured North Eastern and Northern Kenya was not left underdeveloped and far behind areas like Central region, Nairobi, cities like Mombasa and Kisumu.

The north African one is usually very ancient, probably from proto Afro Asiatic introgression from early pastoralists and agriculturalists. Levantine Natufians who spread agriculture to Europe were heavily admixed with Proto Cushites.

I also heard about Berbers being obliged to learn Arabic so as not to be considered as second-class citizens.

You are right about everything besides the berbers being forced to learn arabic. The only Arabs present in the Maghreb were the Banu Hilal and Sulaym tribes and these tribes served the different berber dynasties of the Maghreb, they had no reason to enforce arabic to the berber population, neither did they have the means to do it. Berbers simply adopted the language because it was the language of the cities like punic before that.

Tutsis don’t descend from Horners. In fact, they branched-off from horners in the southward migration of pastoralists in the area of north Sudan/Eritrea. That’s about 5000 years ago, is the time when our ancestors moved to Kenya from the north. In short Tutsis can be modeled as ~50 cushitic, the rest is majority NiloSaharan with between 10-20% West african. We are pretty much like Masai with more Cushitic admixture and more West African admixture. Those old studies are total BS. Especially the chart of Y-DNA i saw Masaman using. Majority haplogroups are 40% E-M293, 30% E-M2, 20% A-M13 alongside 10% E-M75.

An idea for a future video: *What if California was its own separate country?* I will help you out...Here are some facts about California: The state's economy grew by 4.1 percent in 2015, compared to just 2.4% for the rest of the U.S. If California seceded food prices would go up for the U.S.. California are one of, if not, the largest producers of fruit, tree nuts, and vegetables. In fact California agricultural industry is the largest in the nation. Taxes would be raised for the U.S. if California seceded. Cali is the biggest contributor of federal taxes. The U.S. would lose 13% of its income. California pays more in federal taxes than it receives. California would benefit if it seceded because of no federal taxes. I'm talking about 20%-35% of income. That brings more purchasing power. There will be an increase in local taxes but at least that will be used for local funds. California is one of the countries largest manufactorers in the production of electrical equipment, components, military communication equipment etc. It is also ranks 2nd in production of food product processing of baked goods, beverages, canned fruits and veggies. California mines pretty extensively and oil is the number on product. Cali mines all of the boron that is produced in the U.S. Cali is the leading producer of diatomite, gravel, sand, sodium compounds, and tungsten, and among the top producers of gold, gypsum, magnesium etc. California is one of the top commercial fishing States. All of these things will be sold to the U.S. but for U.S. citizens they will pay more because of tariffs. California is the 6th largest economy in the WORLD! By far the 1st largest in the U.S., and Cali has the jewel in the crown of the US economy which is Silicon Valley. Cali has has the highest number (or one of the highest number) of employed software developers, application development, computer programmers, mathematicians, areospace engineers, chemical engineers... so on and so on of any state. California is absolutely dominant when it comes to technical know how in STEM fields. No other state can really come close to Cali in that area. The only resource California would need that I could think of from the U.S. is water if it seceded. I used to think CalExit was a bad idea. But as a California today I don't think it is a bad idea. I believe California would be better off if that would happen but only if the super liberal politicians in California were removed. But of course, the federal government will never allow California to secede. California is too valuable.

Abyssinia, also known as the Ethiopian Empire, spanned through Ethiopia and Eritrea but not Somalia. The empire developed circa 1270 CE when the Solomonic Dynasty overthrew the Zagwe Dynasty. Yekuno Amlak, claiming to be a direct descendant of King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba, served as the first monarch.
