Here’s a what if idea. What if on the way to Palitine anakan felt a shift in the force that made him turned around and head back to the temple to evacuate the students and staff before order 66 was given

This was definitely a good idea. The 501st are some of the best clones ever, it was nice to see them make a stand like this help protect the Jedi.

Even when standing against Anakin, their oldest friend and comrade, they still did the right thing and did EVERYTHING they could. Especially when they put him down. That's real courage as friends and soldiers.

One thing about this that doesn't work, Anakin killing members of the 501st. If it was any other Clone Legion, maybe, but Anakin wasn't fully mind controlled or even fully brainwashed until AFTER he killed the Separatist Leaders, meaning the Clones of the 501st could've talked him down.

If there was a group that Anakin would not have killed it would be clones, especially the 501st. They were his own and in the movie he treated them more as comrades than servants. Rex and others were his friends.

Yep, both Failnon and Legends anakin would NOT indiscriminatly kill his entire division. Especiel in Legends the 501st was his backbone in deathsquadron. The most important tasks where taken by them (althou back then it was more of an "it an order so we follow" not a stupid "this thing in my brain DICTATES that i do that" for them clones). More likely he would surrender as frelling rex would talk, then PUNCH sense into him again. Remember, anakin only fell because NO ONE supported him or talked to him other than palps during Knightfall.

@@christianresel8051 Exactly. Which makes me believe Therapy doesn't exist in the SW universe.

Rex was a fantastic example of how to build a character. Despite LITERALLY being a clone character, they took their time, differentiated him from others exactly his equal, and showcased his loyalty, resolve and strength of character through many crossroads. What a master class in how to write characters.

Cody, fives, Foxx, were also well done (I hated Foxx, which is good, as his character was meant to be disagreeable. So, he was well written.) Clone wars was, if not *THE* best, one of the best pieces of media produced in the SWU. (Kotor is definitely its competition. I'd also include the force unleashed among its competition, but not quite to that level.)

Rex: "Its over General Skywalker, I have the real blast setting" Anakin: "You underestimate my power" Rex: "Don't try it..."

It was on that day, the 501st died, and the 332nd emerged from the ashes.

Anakin in the afterlife feels like a total idiot when Padme and Luke/Leia are fine. 🤦

@@grathem9789He told yoda about them.... watch ep3 again.... also yoda knew about padme and anakin and TRIED to teach anakin to let go when the time comes, as this is the jedi way. They dont prohibit relationships, they encourage you for them, but you need to be able to let go. Thats something few would be able to, jedi train YEARS to be able to conquer their feelings like that, and most of them still fail.

I believe another version of this story is possible. A version where the venator of Rex and Ashoka is used as an escape ship for the Jedi. With Maul still captured inside as it is not mentioned here, plus Anakin also captured by the 501st into the venator. Palpatine would ask to every clones legions to come back only to stop that ship, to rescue Anakin and kill Maul with all the jedi. Starting from that I think we can have a great story, every stakes of the galaxy depending if the venator manages to escape Coruscant or not, including an intervention of Yoda and Obi Wan, plus Padme’s crucial stake

You mean skipping the fall and moving straight to Luke and Kyle building a proper jedi order? Where there IS no lightside/darkside, but only the force as kyle put it in JA? Interesting thought, but not posible. That would need to change the whole personality of most council members (not all obviously). You also would need to take into account Mandalore of all things among other critical changes then.

What if there was a Clone civil war over order 66, the long standing veterans break free from the control of the chips while the rookies and those most loyal to Palpatine WILLINGLY chose to kill the Jedi. Starting a new war between the Galactic Empire and the Republic Remnant

I have some interesting ideas: What if Barriss framed Ventress to save Ahsoka and left the Jedi Order with her? What if Talzin killed Palpatine and Dooku in the Son of Dathomir? What if Ventress didn't die from Dooku's lightning in Dark Disciple? What if Luminara wasn't found during the second Battle of Geonosis? What if the Jedi negotiated with Dooku in Attack of the Clones instead of starting a war?

Darth Vader was the one who died in your video. Imho, Anakin Skywalker died when he killed his first Jedi Youngling. Good video, loved how you used Fives’ sacrifice to get the 501st to remove the chips. It fits with how Rex is and is completely believable. Good luck with your voice, thanks for your work.

I have a questions what happened if Anakin had an inhibitor chip putting his head without him knowing and palpatine activated that? And this was a major reason that he started to change not just the dreams.

An interesting idea, but the main problem is that the inhibitor chips in the Clones were implanted at a early stages the chips could grow properly. Palpatine would had to have put one in when Anakin was a newborn. But a interesting idea for sure. Maybe more mind control or mind drugs?

Video #29 of the campaign: I wonder what you could cook up with this idea - "What if Anakin died in the Battle of Coruscant ?". I was personally interested in seeing what would happen if Anakin crashed into a munitions crate or something, dying in the cockpit of his crashed fighter. How would that affect Obi-Wan and Sidious's plans ? Maybe Dooku could finally convince Obi-Wan to join him, or something else. Perhaps with Dooku arrested, the Jedi order would believe him and stop Palpatine, either killing him or arresting him. For the Jedi, the prophecy of the Chosen One would turn out to have been wrong, but in reality, Anakin not living to join Sidious would've probably been a better fate for the galaxy. Alternatively, Sidious could perhaps still salvage the situation, making his empire stronger. I think it could be another 2 part episode.

It’s tough when your voice goes out. Wintertime plus the dry heat of a furnace can really tear your voice to shreds. Hot tea with honey, lots of water, a decent humidifier to moisturize the air and vocal rest are the best remedies. May the Force be with you…and your voice.

I know anakin was out of control at the time,but I think they should have stunned and restrained him and let the jedi deal him once they were out of courasant. the rest of the story was amazing!

What if Anakin investigated the chips? What if Anakin was trained by Eno Cordova? What if Tarkin tried to have Anakin killed?

This was a good story, and you sound better. Still take it easy. As we love your health more than your stories! Day 48 of my list. What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme, Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

I see Ashoka continues the fine tradition of eating Inquisitors for breakfast! But I don't think Palpy would have had inquisitors yet.

I honestly love how the “vaders fist” clone/stormtroopers look still reminiscent to the 501st legion

Id like to see more that are less than realistic scenarios - more for building an interesting story, not that you aren't already, just that I'd love more of those

They had no idea the chips existed, Palpatine had any knowledge about them hidden and locked down.

I don't know why, but whenever Kix gets killed off is always a punch to the gutt. Maybe 'cause he's canonically the last clone standing, dunno just feels bad

I don't mind anakin getting killed off. better for him to die than to succeed at killing the Jedi.

Anakin used to be my favorite character in star wars until clone wars and I’m so happy Ahsoka, Rex and a lot of the main 501st clones survived theyre my absolute favorite clones. And a final moment of silence for fives because this episode wouldn’t be possible without him

This was a very good what if. I wished the 104 also had there chips removed so Plo Koon would have survived with them in this timeline.

What if Ben Kenobi had the ONLY point of view, and Darth Vader really DID kill Anakin as Vader was a completely different student of Obi-Wan's???

In what way would a untested coruscant Guard best a fully combat ready 501st with superior numbers even if the 501st are using stun

It wouldn't been easy for Rex to make that decision, it would haunt him for life.

technically pong krell was practice for the 501st kinda makes sense that it happened again but without the hesitation of rex.

What if R2 and 3PO’s escape pod was destroyed? I think if that happened, the only other way Ben Kenobi and Luke would still rescue Princess Leia is if Bail Organa contacted Ben.

The inhibitor is the canon and makes more sense, it doesn't matter if they're bred for loyalty as long as loyalties can and will change from time and cercumstance. As long as they got free will many will feel more loyal to their fellow men and generals than the state.

@@brucejedilee5290 Yep, that way, the Chips make Order 66 more tragic, as Sidous takes away the free will of the clones to force them to turn on the Jedi they now see as comrades and Bothers/sisters, hell, if it wasn't for the chips most clones would dissobey the order

Me personally I think it’d be cool to have some sort of alternate version of the clone wars where fives told the council about order 66 and the 501st taking out their inhibiter chips.

Don't feel bad about killing Anakin in your What ifs. Honestly, I feel that brings more of a uniqueness in some of these videos that make them great, always wanting to see each one.

I feel like the clones from other legions would hunt them down and it would be interesting to see clones vs TK/clone stormtroopers.

Red vs Blue soldiers? Why does that sound so familiar?

This means the 332 wont turn on Ahsoka because they are the company of 501st this is big.

One big issue with this is that the detachment of the 501st attacking the Temple didn’t have their inhibitor chips active, since, Y’know, having the clones blindly executing anyone perceived as a Jedi, _like Anakin Skywalker,_ would be counterproductive to Sideous’ plans.

The order itself said Anakin was not a Jedi, so they didn’t fire at him.

During order 66, what if Jesse decided to arrested Ahsoka brought her before the senate to decide her fate but ordered for her to be reinstated as a jedi knight and promote her to general under Darth Vader with Rex as commander but Jesse was told that order 66 was invalid as far as Ahsoka was concerned by the senate.

Have you considered doing some videos from prior eras in Star Wars? Like, for example, What If Revan Had Surrendered To Bastila?

If Obi-Wan left the order for Satine… he stops Death Watch much earlier, but Maul strikes Mandalore sooner, Anakin is trained by someone else, Obi-Wan kills Maul again and finds out about Sidious, goes back to the order to warn the Jedi, etc etc

Ik you have to change it up sometimes but every time anakin dies in one of these I always end up in a bad mood even if I liked the story

I didn't listen to the story yet but this was a great idea for a what if

here is an interesting one i thought of what if the clonewars happened in the high republic era

this just shows how the 501st were the best, they stopped the biggest plot in star wars history
