When he was deeply angry at Luffy and Law. He was crying and he was drunk. Which makes his personality emotional when he cries

I like how in the original manga the shichibukai werent that afraid of shanks coming (they were but in the inside. And though still looked calm in the outside since Shanks isnt the type of person who would go in all out war on an instance) . But as soon as kaido came he wiped off Doflamingo's common smirk and made mihawk sweating. Even Sengoku and Garp were trembling by a little, the only 2 people who has a chance or possibility to beat kaido. thats some quality fanmade manga right there, truly shows how scary kaido is as a yonko

Mihawk could beat Kaido LOL, at least give him immense trouble. Man has a bounty of 3.6 by pure strength, he would definitely surpass Kaido if he‘d took the position of a yonko especially for such a long reign as Kaido even tho Mihawk does not as much destruction as Kaido. Also swordsmen are his worst enemies as we‘ve seen on Oden

And since mihawk posses no threat to the average citizens, his bounty comes from his pure strength which is highlighted by the direct quote about his bounty "fitting for the greatest swordsman with even better skill than the red haired emperor" by the marine announcing cross guilds bounty’s.

Seeing Doflamingo terrified like that, you know they're in for some deep shit. I love this; this is just as great as Return to the Reverie! I can't wait for more chapters to come. :)

Mihawk left due to his respect and honor for Shanks while Doflamingo left because he was terrified. lol I would've expected Doflamingo to switch sides at that point because the Navy's so weakened right now; 2/3 Admirals are conscious, 1/3 of the marines are left, Sengoku and Garp were busy dealing with Blackbeard, and some of the Warlords won't be up for fighting Kaido. Remember that Mihawk only agreed to fight Whitebeard, he never agreed to fight Shanks so he'd probably do the same with Kaido unless he's ordered too, but I'm sure Mihawk can go toe-to-toe with Kaido.

Out of character for him in my oppinion

In chapter 944 Kaido mentioned “But rather in death, that humans truly attain perfection.” This is probably his core principle in life which explains his desire for a place to die. Kaido wants to die in an epic way as well, just like how Whitebeard, Roger and Oden did But after being introduced to him I find it more likely that Kaido actually tried to go to Marineford all by himself without bringing anyone with him with the sole purpose to die in the war. His first words in the Manga? He complains about the fact that WB could die and he's jealous of it. Perhaps he thought only WB was strong enough to kill him or that 3 Admirals, the Shichibukai, Garp,Sengoku would be enough to end his life. It also make much more sense regarding Shanks meeting him and still getting to Marineford the next day without any injuries and none of his core crewmembers missing, if Kaido was all by himself there's not much he could do against an entire Yonko crew even though 1 on 1 he'd give Shanks a hell of a fight.

This makes total senses. Things are Shanks really showed UP at marineford with no injuries after his presumed fight against Kaido, so we'd tend to think they didnt fight. But knowing Kaido it's hard to think that way. Well ofc we dont know what sort of relation these two have, but according to the chapters that have been out for a year now, it seems plausible that they fought

@@alferns187 Nope Ace wasn't even alive when Oden joined the WB and Roger Pirates. And he was not a WB pirate when he went to Wano. So Ace knowing and avenging Oden is not possible. Also the WB pirates and the Roger Pirates didn't avenged Oden because they know that someone else will come and fulfill the prophesy to defeat Kaido and Orchi. Remember at the Marineford war, When WB realized that Luffy is the man that Roger is waiting, he commanded to his crew to protect Luffy at any cost.

Not really this is the same thing kaidou did to luffy. He went up to the capital to fight them, while drunk, and beat him in one attack.

@@mehdih8165 yea true. Mingo panicking is the only thing that seems out of character in the chapter. Rest of the chapter is amazing. It doesn't make enough sense for someone who loves chaos to panic in Kaido's presence, unless something mad happened, like Kaido destroying Mingo and forcing him into alliance. It's true that he was scared when Law mentioned about Kaido, but that time Mingo was on the receiving end. In this chapter, he is not.

@@OG3796X I don't entirely disagree, although I think it would be WAY harder to betray Kaido than Whitebeard. Whitebeard trusted Blackbeard, Kaido won't. I just think Kaido with Blackbeard as a ressource would be quite scary even if it doesn't last forever, and Blackbeard taking whatever he wants from Kaido and fucking off with it also sounds fairly scary.

I don’t think he would try to recruit him. He would beat him up and leave him there all while laughing saying something like after he defeated luffy.

I've never read any fan episode, 32 years old... but it was the best alternative art I've never seen: astonishing! Excellent job !

Absolutely masterful. I actually cried when kaido spoke to CHADbeard. Whitebeard is my favorite character and someone i view as a role model, so this touched my heart.

Ricky Acong & Artur - The Library of Ohara are very talented, their fanmade chapter looks like Oda's and the plots are so mind-blowing and well-connected to the events of the story.

i mean why would kaido destroy the wb pirates? he does not have a reason to do that since his objective in the first place was to take down whitwbeard and I think he still has some levels of respect for whitebeard so he would let what remained of whitebeard pirates to escape marineford. Kaido would usually try to make strong pirates his underlings but this time is different tho, if anyone's getting rekt it has to be the navy and the blackbeards lol

@@Joshua-fq9tm I'm pretty sure the Marines have enough people to take on Kaido, especially since they can use Kaido to take out the Blackbeard Pirates, Kaido can most likely take them all on at once and win without much difficulty. After that, he will be exhausted and Akainu, Aokiji, Kizaru, Sengoku, Garp can all gang up on Kaido. Unless the Shichibukai decide to turn on the Marines, the Beast Pirates are getting destroyed.

@@Zero-ef4sc I’d say I agree with that. The navy are probably justbarely equipped to handle 2 yonko crews but they’ll be crippled indefinitely by the end of it. In that way, the pirates would’ve won. At least one of the admirals (probably akainu considering he’s probably at like half strength) would die while a couple other admiral class fighters will be heavily injured when the dust finally settles, assuming kaido doesn’t just blow up marineford to begin with.

@@metronome7799 yeah, the Navy can't handle 2 Yonko attacking at once, but if they have to face both of them 1 by 1, consecutively, they probably can. They were shitting their pants at the thought of Kaido and Big Mom having an alliance after all.

@@Zero-ef4sc that's probably because kaido and big mom is the worst possible combo that can happen out of the yonko. They both have crazy aoe attacks (big mom could just use her soul fruit to suck everyone's soul + Prometheus and kaido is a friggin dragon). Not only that but working together and because they have experience fighting together atleast fairly decently, the two yonko are extremely close in power if not equivalent to 3 admirals in strength (and from aokiji vs akainu, we know the high tiers can fight for 10 days). There is realistically no way atleast one admiral isnt dying. But even if the highest tiers there all walk out alive, by that point, their yonko crews wouldve killed all the fodder in 3 days at worst. I mean cmon, the sweet commanders+ the calamities working together can win the entire thing with mid diff at best while the yonkos can hold off the admirals. The vice admirals arent too tough to kill (at best pushing a mid diff fight) and the rest are literally pawns that can probably be conqueror haki stomped by katakuri. Their crew fodder is pretty high quality as well since I doubt theyd let weaklings into their main forces since they were both aiming for pirate king status, atleast matching 1 to 1 with the navy's fodder. And it's fairly obvious the warlords really didnt care much to fight for real (like mihawk) and Doffy wouldnt dare to stop kaido doing his thing, maybe even betraying the marines and joining up with him instead, giving them another yonko commander tier fighter to go up against. Other than their top brass, the navy isnt pulling out alive after this one and they will have to spend decades rebuilding what they lost assuming they even can. And even if they do manage to kill one of the yonkos (5 admiral tier fighters can still overcome 2 yonkos after all, itll just take a couple of days to pull off) the cost is too high to their forces. Who would want to join the navy after watching that slaughter fest.

This is very impressive, almost thought it was not a fan made chapter.

I didnt know about this before and it was incredible. Loved it.

You need to understand that Akainu had been seriously weakened. He just got the beating of his life by Whitebeard himself, then during the chase for Luffy, he had been stopped countless times by many experienced Haki Users. He definitely was exhausted and suddenly, in a moment of distraction, he received a blow directly from the strongest creature of the world. Of course he had been oneshotted. It's not surprising at all.

Honest to god I could see this incident if it had played out like this actually putting Kaido not as an ally per-say but as a definite benefactor to Luffy... He respects Shanks and Whitebeard though has his reasons for thinking of them as weak but remember he wants to die because he is too strong. Knowing early on that Luffy was defended by both rivals puts a new expectation on the kid for Kaido and knowing his type he would want Luffy to get stronger only for his own reasons, a new rival once Shanks falls or to replace Whitebeard. Hilariously it also drops Kaido in range of the Luffy factor and who knows how that would work, I mean Crocodile is even an “ally” so imagine Kaido jumping in on Whole Cake because that’s “HIS” future rival. This assumes that the he wants to die thing is at face value and he is in fact the type who recognizes others potential.

Nice fan fiction. Also, Kaido should mop the floor with Blackbeard at this moment, even if he has two devil fruits. That's cuz Whitebeard, on his deathbed was able to beat Blackbeard fairly quickly. I can take a guess tht whoever was behind this hates Sengoku lmao. I don't think Sengoku was a coward, he realized his goal from the war, and saw no benefit in continuing the war, that's why he accepted Shanks' proposal.

So, yes, Blackbeard may be tanky, but was still prey to a dying Whitebeard. A yonko at his prime like Kaido would beat him even faster than Whitebeard did. Also, I understand that he got stronger in the timeskip (got recognized as a Yonko, obviously). However, even now, Kaido, Shanks and Big Mom are all stronger than Blackbeard LOL. You can argue that Blackbeard should be the strongest Yonko to date (even stronger than Prime Beard), but that's by the end of the series not current 2 billion Blackbeard.

@@stormrage3708 We don't know how strong current BB is. That's all I wanted to say. Why do you people always talk as if the things you say are conclusive? Who told you BB is currently weaker than the other yonkos? The "end of series" Blackbeard you are talking about is gonna appear at most a few months in-one piece time. He's not Luffy who's out there challenging yonkos left and right and improving, he's already yonko. There's no justifiable way for him to suddenly jump up to becoming the strongest character in the whole series in a few months if he's not even as powerful as the yonkos are currently. A third devil fruit could add a little bit of power, but his haki has to be already top tier right now coupled with 2 op fruits, that's at least comparable to the other three emperors. At least that's what I think.

@@holololvirus1555 thank you, people keep saying oh this yonko is thw strongest or he's the weakest. In reality we don't even know their true strength. We haven't seen them go all out yet. Like with the admiral vs yonko thing. I believe that maybe the admirals are either in the level of yonko.or slightly below. We haven't seen their true strength either. I still believe that akainu held back a little at marineford against whitebeard. Now thats not to say he wouldn't have lost to a prime WB, but at that moment if he fought lile he did with akoji and left that island burned and frozen then that'll be a whole different story.
