Yep

Russia can be counted as an empire even if it doesn't invade any country, because it is multi-cultural country with a lot of ethnicities in it. The definition of an empire is literally multi-nation country. To be an empire the church need to declare you as an empire. Simple as that

Hey it would be nice if you made a video or series of a world free for all until one country conquers the world, but some smaller and weaker countries get buffed so it gives any country a chance of winning not just the USA, China or Russia. This would probably take some time though so maybe it could be a series but I’m not sure though. Just an idea.

Correction about Mongolia: Mongolia requested to be annexed by Russia Several times, and most likely would’ve been the first to ask to be annexed as it was a former Soviet satellite states.

@@KorporaalHax that was in Soviet times. Different things. Mongolia was underdeveloped and communist and had already huge russian influence as it had gotten invaded by the red army. But mongolia is now a gray zone between russia and China and I don't see why any of those two would try to cross into it
