Good idea. First thing we have to address right off the bat: can they detect Palpatine is the Sith Lord? I say probably not, but Palpatine has to make sure he definitely doesn’t slip up. The Old Republic Jedi have no political affiliation with the current government, so they wouldn’t care that he’s the Chancellor if they find out he’s a Sith Lord and would definitely go full force to kill him in my opinion . Could they detect that the greatest darkness in the galaxy is right on Coruscant? Maybe. Palpatine would certainly have to ramp up the war efforts on both sides so that the galaxy as a whole is sufficiently dark enough to keep him hidden. The return of the OR Jedi would certainly bolster the numbers of the Jedi quite a lot, but that isn’t too much an issue since Dooku has plenty of droids and special weapons held in reserve. Perhaps the war would be prolonged, perhaps it would end just about roughly the same as when it did originally. Something else to account: Most Jedi of the modern era are at first going to be cool with their revered ancestors/predecessors, but then both the old and new are going to realize how different they are from each other. On an individual basis, some new Jedi are going to want to become more like the old Jedi, some new Jedi are going to think they are better than the old, some old will think they are better than the new, some old are going to want to be like the new, and a few from both won’t care.

I thought this was going to be a situation where the clones simply resisited the order and didn't attack the jedi. Maybe like a faliure of the inhibitor chips.

That was a fresh take on this subject. I did not expect it to be about the Jedi being better than the clones to the point where their numbers were not as big an advantage as they were in canon. It was like when Anakin trained Ahsoka with the troopers firing at her, eventually it prepared her for Order 66. It is also interesting to find out who survived compared to those I thought would survive. Thank you for this different take and a popular theme that I have yet to grow tired of.

What if the Sith Empire Returned during the High Republic era? What if Din Djaran and Bo-Katan fell in love during Mando season 3 and chose to become joint rulers of Mandalor What if Han Solo was rescued from Jabba but Leia was unable to kill Jabba and was left behind whilst the others escaped meaning she remained a slave? What if Padme was Enslaved during the Clone wars? What if Cal and Merrin had a Daughter (for the fact it's a Jedi Nightsister hybrid)? What if Avar Kriss and Elzar Mann had a child? What if Padme was forced to marry for the Republic during the clone wars? What if Jyn Erso survived Rogue one and went on to meet and fall in love with Luke Skywalker? What if Luke and Leia found out they were siblings earlier and both became Jedi?

First of all nice story, I enjoyed it a lot. Secondly, in the thumbnail to this video I answered your question regarding Aayla Secura becoming Darth Talon. (October 7, when you created the full video of Thrawn Joining the Republic). Doing it here in case you didn’t see it. Which brings me to my third and final point my list. What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme, Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

Here's a rather dark one, but it's still a possibility of a what if. What if anakin turned back to the light during his fight with obi Wan and was so devastated and angry at himself that he would ask obi Wan to kill him for his crimes

Late watch, but awesome story with a satisfying conclusion. I think that’s a reasonable sentence for Anakin. He was a violent war criminal for a day, but he also was following orders from the Chancellor at that point in time.

What if a new force virus began sweeping the galaxy during the clone wars, targeting all force sensitives? What if during a sith ritual, it backfires on sidious and dooku, either they are no longer able to use the force or they get turned into sith beasts?

Repeating here what I said Elsewhere in the Comments for this video: What if Kina Ha, the Kaminoan Jedi who was Alive since at Least the Mandalorian Wars, Trained Anakin? She knows More about the Order than even Yoda, and has Personally Known Every Jedi Member of his Species that has been mentioned.

Not hating on Aayla, but…I don’t see her doing very well, I can’t remember her fighting style, but Obi only lasted as long as he did because of being ***THE*** Master of Form III, and having probably more knowledge than anyone else about how Anakin fights, and how he thinks during said fights. I will say though, she *might* have the edge in agility, but against constantly increasing speed and strength, agility will only get her so far 🤔

Solid take. Except for Anakin’s fate. The whole just following his master’s orders bit was debunked by the Nazis. He killed a room full of kids. I don’t see any scenario where he either doesn’t neck himself or accepts a death sentence for his crimes
