This reminded me of my TCS days, during my training, There was an HR(TCS Gandhinagar), she was very particular about dressing(She insisted everybody should come in formals and wear ties and business casuals on Fridays(like colordress in school). She used to visit every training room and fine those who doesn't adhere to it.
