Now, the thing with Toriel is definitely an odd case. Normally, you can progress her fight by intentionally whiffing your attacks. I wonder why doing exactly that crashes when you change her stats?

I think because of the fact that toriel's attacks check your HP and do less and less damage the less HP, but when the ATK is negative, it can't calculate the damage to do?

@@leslip5211 oh that makes alot of sense, her ATK is based on your HP, so when you lower her ATK too low, the game straight up cant calculate, its kinda like dividing by zero huh

I guess megalovania overrules it because there is No music at the Intro (when You dont Count the birds as music). Maybe the randomizer Mod can answer it

See undertale doesn't just check your LOVE (level of violence) or EXP (execution points) to determine which route you took it also checks your kill count and if it is all the monsters it means that genocide will be triggered tl:dr you will still fight sans but you have weaker stats

Napstablook gives -1 experience point but EXP in Undertale is execution points, if you check your exp after fighting napstablook you do not lose any

Mettaton neo actually has negative defense in the games code, contrary to what the game displays on the check information. I believe this is to show how strong the human has gotten over the course of genocide

No, Mettaton NEO is a "human-killing" robot, it can kill any "human". But "Chara" destroyed it instantly. That means "Chara" isn't human anymore.

@@THE_REAL_LOU i know. canonically he has 9 defense but we're so strong that we deal 900000+ damage, but in terms of game design we're relatively weak and he just has -40000 defense

What happen in Hotland-Genocide, if you go to the area, that are normally not available. (Like the entire second floor)

Now sans is the strongest monster What if others monsters have asriel stats (you Should have shown what happens when flowey and asriel have negative stats on the video)

You can’t fight Asriel so you just do the fight except you don’t die as easily and omega flowey’s stats can’t change even if you manually change them I think

The NEGATIVE stats DO appear! On METTATON NEO. They have a whopping -40000 DEF. making it look like your strong enough to kill them with over 1m dmg

Frisk after all the monster have negative df and at:i don't fear any monster.frisk Look at papyrus:but that things scared me

This explains why sans could have more than 1 ho who knows sans could have 100 hp, but his def is 1 so he is still weak and get on shot, I think the attack on sans is scripted though so even if you rais his def he would die. Sorry if that was too long just a theory, A GAME THEORY!
