If you watched the Clone Wars cartoons, during the siege of Mon Cala, Fisto and Anakin became close. He’s one of the few masters, always being nice and smiling, like Yoda and Shak Ti, that he felt comfortable around. That’s why this one was so believable and accurate. Well done, brother.

Honestly Kit doesn’t get enough recognition. He lasted longer than anyone except Mace and was a damn good swordsman since he literally specialized in one form only. Dude was also chill and wanted the jedi to do more than just be the galaxys police force.

I loved Fisto making sure Anakin was part of the group and how Anakin was able to see just how evil Palpatine was. Glad Fisto helped Anakin realize his attachments were okay and how to live with them

What if Anakin was friends with Chewbacca? Both are pilots, warriors, and mechanics, its a good fit.

@LegendaryGaming1776 I always found Chewbacca to be rather underrated. He's already a family man, well loved and respected back on Kashyyyk, was a lieutenant during the war, was a combat engineer prior, fought Trandosian slavers, is part of a navigator guild, and an experienced pilot.

This makes so much sense when you take into account Kit Fisto's character in the clone wars series. I can truly see him doing something like this. I do have an idea for you though. What if Luke was raised by the Nabberie family instead of his aunt and uncle?

And then the other Jedi turned to Mace Windu and said “ are you dumb, why the fuck isn’t Anakin coming with us?”

I'm just imagining Mace, Saesee Tinn, and Agen Kolar walk in to arrest the Chancellor. Fisto pops up behind them, notes that he isn't involved in this, smiling. Sidious kills them all, Fisto walks in, stares at their bodies, smiles at Sidious, and moves on with his day.

Nice to see one with Fisto being a primary focus. Really good story as well. What if Ahsoka decided to look after Luke instead of him being brought to Tattooine? What if Din Djarin was force sensitive? What if Ki-Adi Mundi was a traitor to the Jedi? What if Anakin was trained in Vapaad?

You made Kit Fisto my new favorite Jedi Master.

I think another interesting alternative would have been if the focus had been on Shaak Ti, she was the Jedi in charge of the temple after Windu left, the one who confronted Anakin when he was leaving the temple. What is she had acted differently, what if she had stayed with Anakin in the council chambers and alleviated his fears. What if she had not allowed him to leave at the temple gate. Would there have been a fight between the two? If there had other Jedi would likely have gotten involved and Anakin hadn’t fully turned at that point, at the very least he likely would not have gotten to Palpatine’s office in time to save him. Or what if Shaak Ti had sensed his resolve and accompanied him to the Senate building. Would her presence have changed things, she was compassionate and reassuring to Anakin at the gate. Would that kind of presence with Anakin as opposed to just Windu a Jedi who was openly mistrustful and at time disapproving Anakin, made a difference? An interesting possibility either way

One of my favorite what if scenarios in Star Wars is: what if the force just.. up and vanished suddenly? All Jedi and Sith and force users become regular people suddenly. Even funnier if it happens during the Clone Wars, and Palpatine’s suddenly unable to influence anyone as much.

So glad to see Kit Fisto play a pivotal role in this great story

I like your "What If" stories, even the more unlikely ones. But this one is perhaps the most realistic and believable one I've seen yet. Very well done.

Another great story idea I like how master fisto insisted that Anakin went along so that he could see the truth, the whole truth about Palpatine and how powerful he really was

Almost forgot how good this 1 was 😊 We definitely need more Kit Fisto what ifs because he is definitely a fan favorite alongside Plo Koon.

I like this idea; because of Phil LaMar voicing him in the Clone Wars, I see a lot of Samurai Jack in him. Kind, caring, powerful, understanding, and determined.

I really enjoyed this story. I always liked kit fisto as well and seeing him aid on anakins recovery from palatine's manipulations was a nice touch

Also if someone told mace windu to shut the hell up maybe anikin wouldn't have fallen so fast. I believe mace is the sole reason Palpatine dug in so deep with anikin

Kit Fisto was always one of those guys who everyone loved having around. No matter how stupid it got or how dark... Fisto and guys like him are the rocks upon which Victory is built. Why?. Because they are always so positive all the time.

Another great story, any chance you could do What if Kit survived and stopped Anakin from turning.

I think Windu's biggest mistake was igniting his lightsaber and either through a meeting before arriving or by his action ordered the others to do the same was going overboard if he just wanted to arrest Palpatine. Of course, he wasn't expecting Palpatine to allow himself to be arrested, so his reasoning was to preserve himself and as many of the others alive as possible, which is why he made the order to arm themselves immediately, but it just goes to show that this decision made impossible for Palpatine to feel comfortable with the arrest offer, which made a battle inevitable. By bringing Anakin along, he could shock Palpatine sufficiently enough to not feel the need to ignite lightsabers immediately and therefore make the offer of an arrest more genuine, especially with someone caring about him right there ready to witness. So I think your scenario makes a lot of sense, mostly because Palpatine would then be the first one to ignite a lightsaber if he dared to fight them. He could have tried to pretend like he wasn't a warrior Sith but it would be a challenge blah blah blah but the biggest issue was it would be easier to take down the Jedi if he can just kill less than a handful right there, right now instead of letting them arrest him and letting them order an investigation be done against him. He could have likely hoped that Anakin would choose not to participate in the defense of the Jedi and then Anakin could have then proven him wrong.

All of this would have been possible, if only Windu hadn't been a jealous dip shit, this could have actually been how things happened.

I dunno, maybe they already though 4 of them was overkill plus Anakin liked Palpatine and could ruin everything. And he did! On the flip side, seeing Palpatine actually killing his mates could give Anakin a less frail old man vision of Palpatine.

This is the most realistic what if scenario around this.

I love these hypothetical scenarios that you come up with. So many what if’s.

Kit Fisto didn't want to be Mace Windu's shield must have sensed his death that happened in less then 20 seconds and wanted a fighting chance with Anakin by his side he could last 2 minutes instead of then seconds

Kit Fisto in the Clone Wars show had a very particular kind of character and was a very positive personality. He also showed deep respect for who Anakin was and was the most likely of the three that went with Mace to suggest Anakin come with them to arrest Palpatine.

It's why Palpatine coordinated the Clone Wars towards the Outer Rim Sieges when he did, so very few Jedi Masters were left at the Temple to arrest him and provide defense against Operation Knightfall.

Can we get a what-if theory for What if Padme Amidala died during the events of The Phantom Menace.

First of all: Fisto was the only Jedi to last in a fight against Sidious, as the first two were immediately killed by Sidious before they could even swing their saber, before Sidious killed him. So it would only make sense that he would want backup as Mace would haven’t been able to kill Sidious before Anakin intervened. And second day 20 of my list. What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme, Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

I get its technically not canon since it was exploerd in the Legends "Republic" comics but there was a missed opportunity to use Fisto's relationship with Aayla so he could try and relate to Anakin. Still a great video though.

I really like Kit Fisto too, my OC would've looked up to him in his struggle against the Dark Side. At the time of RotS, he is with Ahsoka Tano to face his former Master who found him when he's a child before TPM which Maul found him to be useful then after making him an orphan right before his eyes.

Nice little rhyme there at 2:56 ("with" and "Sith"). Not trying to be corny, it just stuck out to me in the moment.

Did anyone think that Palpatine may have been the direct cause of Padme's death? A force ability? Many poisons that could kill a baby don't get through the membrane of the placenta so it could have been a dart or needle, even one like the droid that tortures Leia in ANH. He was on Mustafar, close enough to save Anakin, and would benefit colossally from her death. I know it isn't spelled out at all, but it has felt implied since I first saw RotS
