My favorite bloodbending is when Hama bloodbent against katara. It's crazy how one small moment shaped up the entire first season of the legend of korra

I think katara did teach korra bloodbending but korra just didn't realize it by masking it by making her believed that she could walk again by will power.

her life would be so much easier ngl. She could use bloodbending to defeat all of her post season 1 villains pretty easily. She could even combine bloodbending with her family's affinity for ice bending to be able to freeze people instantly.

I think it's possible that there could be Bloodbending techniques that could be used in a positive way. Like, Healing but through Bloodbending.

She would barely loose any of her battles ever again

If she was a blood bender she probably would have had even more trouble unlocking her airbending

Korra vs Amon will go HARD

I like the idea, sadly It has one big flaw, Yakones bloodline is the only family who can Blood-bend without the need of the power-up from the full moon, meaning Korra would be able to Blood-bend only during full moon or with the help of the Avatar state and since Korra wasn't able to enter the Avatar state in season/book 1 in would be none existant. Still a cool concept though, maybe only totally out of Kataras character but still.

I've thought of a good application for bloodbending. Here me out on this one Antoine. What if a skilful waterbender created a hybrid form of bloodbending and healing to repair internal and maybe even external injuries more effectively and quickly by using the water in someone's blood and body rather than water from an outside source? Maybe even being able to use this ability on themselves to self heal rapidly? Thought?

they were in dangerous territory JSUT introducing blood bending, should have kept it to the full moon honestly. although I get that greater innovation would work someday. Amon being a blood bender really does work in terms of the threat level, even if it was not handled well, id have done a Tarlock reveals his brother in public thing then epic fight.
