You failed to mention you must have a reasonable mother agree to this which puts the child first, not using them for a payday.... which we've seen does not exist

It is definitely a payday when the man has to work then give her 1/3 of his income which she can take and use for anything she wants including the bills, personal material items, trips, personal expenses, etc and use the rest of the money towards the child's expenses while keeping her own money (IF she wants to work) and using that money towards anything she may want. The man is paying to support himself and a whole other household at that point. There should be a more reasonable scale. There is no reason why men should be going homeless because of child support.

@chinaarlene7035 it is a payday. That's the reason 99.9% of women do anything to get pregnant by a man who makes more money with a college degree 🎓 Potential income is now they new income for the father even if the father has no job. So it is a payday
What about when you have to pay a grandmother for child support but when I had my son they didn’t have to pay….??????

The child becomes a gateway for the mother to have the father's wallet.
I am very happy to not have had any children because of wasting time working low paying jobs and hopefully getting over injury ...money helps make life better

Child support is now the new women's American dream. The more child support she gets, the more strong and independent she feels and she will say I'm a single mother to put the cherry 🍒 on top
Here in Texas I had to live in my car for two years waiting on a hearing to bring my child support down. I just retired from the Army and could not afford rent. I needed a car so I can at least try to find a job.

Damn bro I am sorry to hear this. Currently going through this now where my ex filed a court order on me , and the number the courts told me was way to high, I refused to sign. So now I have mediation between me and my ex. She’s offering me a lower wage a month. But not by much cause she knows how much she could potentially get through the courts. I pray you’re doing better though man !

@@PoyTroy yeah man, I just retired from the Army and the court order had me pay child support based on what my salary was while I was still in. Lived in my car for almost two years, got a gym membership so I can take showers. It was brutal. 10 years later and I’m doing a little better.

@@DJGENOTYPE man that is rough ! It’s soo messed up. The courts truly don’t care. Yea I haven’t signed for anything yet cause the number their throwing at me aren’t accurate. Glad you are doing a lil better though, are you living in a place now?

@@PoyTroy thanks man. Things could be worse. I was so broke, I couldn’t even afford to spend time with my son. He’s 12 now. Just 6 more years to go…
