I remember trying to form Germany as Austria, and you have to get 100 relations multiple times (focuses gives negative opinion) and your forced to Release Hungary (not a puppet), and as the spanish war of succession is railroaded for france to win, its just punch in the balls after punch in the balls.

So the problem I ran into with this mod is as Germany you can't naval invade or build a proper navy yet
