In fate route, I'm pretty sure Saber was able to negate Ea's attack, and also Shirou projects Avalon with the same capacities such that he could counter angra mainyu and defeat Kirei. It's definitely possible that Emiya at Full potential could project Avalon and use it to counter Ea.

Gil is sort of a walking Deux Ex Machina. The only reason he's not winning every single time is because of how he is written and how it should be or it would be boring. He has to be nerfed one way or another to make it interesting and give anyone against him a fighting chance. Emiya could beat him by either close range, GoB vs UBW, or even sniping Gil, but that's assuming a serious Gil would let Emiya dictate the fight. Anyone serious with Gil's power would just nuke his enemies, look what Morgan did in LB5 or even Lancer Arthoria in Camelot. Same scenario would happen and both doesnt even have Gil's level of clairvoyance. Plus, Gil is more concern about winning than the thrill of fighting like Karna meaning he has no issue of nuking anyone from orbit from the start if that means he wins.

it's pretty simple. Emiya opens UBW, he probably wins. If Gil doesn't let him open it because UBW cannot compete with GOB spam in the real world, he loses. And Gil can do literally both for no reason other than his mood. I don't think having Clairvoyance means anything when you want to prove the visions wrong because "you're a true king"

You know I just realized something. Gilgamesh doesn’t JUST have weapons. He has every prototype of weapons and technology. So if he was serious, he’d just have a portal shoot shirou with a nuke and call it a day.

Any weapon in existence he can make a perfect copy of. I feel like in a lot of verses that could get him for as long as the drawback does not affect him like the copying weapon in bleach unless he could also make the Hōgyoku, I'm not sure what counts as a weapon in the fate verse, but the Hōgyoku seems like one.

This isn't full potential Emiya. Full potential Emiya is basically if Emiya stepped directly off his Throne to the mortal world again, like a Grand Servant. THAT Emiya would have access to every timeline's Shorou Emiya.

Emiya cannot replicate everything that he see's. He merely creates watered down copies when he uses projection and UBW. Emiya cannot create higher tier weapons such as mythic and divine constructs but simply create imitations of them. Emiya has been stated that attempting to project the Real Excalibur would make him self-destruct. The mystery behind Divine Constructs such as Excalibur, Avalon, The Sword of Mars, Rhongomyniad, and Vasavi Shakti are just too vast for Emiya to replicate as these are made by God-level entities. Reality Marbles are not "pocket dimensions" where they are separated from the Real World but rather a "conceptual layer of reality" placed over the Real World. Deploying and maintaining a Reality Marble requires a very large amount of mana from the one deploying it and also from the surrounding area.

EMIYA, even at absolute full potential, even if he was backed-up by Alaya itself, if faced against serious Gilgamesh, would still lose, no questions about it.
