Moseleys electoral plan (you vote for a representative in you’re person field of expertise) genuinely sounds like a good idea, I always thought it stupid when an elected MP with no knowledge of something like farming would be put in charge of agricultural policy.

@@sausagejockyGaming That's not considering the state of the economy. The land could be a bargain at the time, so a good investment, but during a bad economy, further investment wouldn't make sense, due to the time value of money. It's important to keep in mind that Greece, already a fascistic or fascist-synapthizing state in the late 1930s, would probably join the axis, as Britain being with the allies was what kept greece in the allies (along with Mussolini). Chances are in this scenario Greece would be on the other side. That means no humiliating defeat for Mussolini - greece could assist italy in north Africa and maybe even germany against yugoslavia. It also means Germany wouldn't be so delayed with the Balkans and would reach Ukraine before winter, ultimately boosting up the Axis a lot. I'm convinced that this scenario means a definite Axis win.

No I am not selling fascism as I do not like dictatorships or even authoritarianism one bit regardless of ideology. Whether it is political (Fascism, Communism) or religious (Islam). The latter still wants to kill every Jew in existence and subjugate every other human... Communism is still lingering despite the fact it lost the Cold War (Also 100+ million deaths and counting). Besides any such tightly ethnocentric empire is doomed to fail as soon as any reason for an alliance goes away. I'd give Nazi-Germany until the 1070s at most before it starts collapsing in earnest. France and Britain could have been spaired had they just helped work out a deal with Poland and Germany instead of convincing Śmigły not to talk with the Germans and then the French going behind Germany's back to sign deals with the soviets. Ultimately, it was this war that, although Britain "won", would cost Britain their empire, countless lives, and destroy the future of Europe, and it was allegedly all started to "save" a country (Poland) which they ended up letting the soviets conquer anyway, such a needless waste of European life.

Even IF the Reds lost Stalingrad and Leningrad that wouldn't be enough. By 42 the Reich was desperate because they knew that if they took any longer the might of a continent was going to come crashing down upon them. All that would happen is that the war would last longer, Italy would fall to the Soviets due to Operation Husky not being possible and the Western Allies would probably get further into Europe.

you do have to take into account that the entire basis and foundation of the mannhattan project was from the British tube alloys project. So without the alliance between the US and the British there would have been no reason for the British to hand over their research to the Americans like they did in real life. So the British would likely develop the nuke before the US simply because they were ahead in their research.

Yeah Germany is epic. You guys usually lose the war but only after taking on the entire world all at once. It is a good point though, Germany in ww2 did NOT want a war on two fronts, they tried hard to make a peace deal with Britain but Churchill the warmonger wasn't interested, Churchill just wanted to destroy Germany at all costs.

@@Reinhard_Erlik The nazis were a corrupt regime, they were racist, wanted to wipe out a race, dominate the world, and kill anyone who doesn't agree with their intentions, and your telling me Britain is bad? Churchill did the right thing because he knew hitler was up to no good and would start a world-wide European war, and invade countries like there's no tomorrow. If you support nazi germany, and think they were the victim, there is something wrong with you. And if they really wanted their land, they wouldn't invade the soviet union with a peace treaty towards each other. You're lying out of your teeth, and fingers, and you know it.
