What if Birth and Death are Actually the Same? | Justin Baldoni
Baha'i Actor and My Last Days creator Justin Baldoni explains why he believes he was born to play a part in helping people transition from this world to the next. What if birth and death are actually the same? Justin asks that important question-maybe the most important question imaginable. He describes the birth of his daughter, passing through a dark tunnel into the light, and realizes he will one day greet her joyously once more, when she passes from this world to the next. He wonders whether the prophets of God-Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, Baha’u’llah-described death as a beautiful, spiritual transition because they knew where we’re all going. Then, Justin asks one more question: What are you spending your time developing?

Here because of Kathleen!!!❤️❣️
Today I planned on leaving this life. I watched this, and I can't give up now. That was beautiful. I have been feeling down and like my time here has ended...I wanted to end what I felt has been a miserable existence...but you are right. I only get one life and I refuse to let the sorrow abd defeats outweigh the joys, possibilities and triumphs it holds for me. Thank you. God bless you. Thank you for saving my life today. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it. I am here.

Kathleen thanks gurl!!!!...this message is exactly what I needed..
Thanks to kathleen for sharing! Amazing video❤️❤️❤️
Jesus loves you! Thank you for this Kathleen lights and Justin what a wonderful message!
I've always look at death as a the ultimate milestone, the greatest indication that you were ever alive. When you are born your parents anticipate and celebrate your first steps, your first words, first day of school, etc. Death to me is graduating from the living and receiving your diploma that you completed life.

So that’s it? We just die and thats it? What a pointless fate
Amazing!! Thank you Kathleen Lights for sending me this way and thank you Justin for this special message xx
I really really loved this. Thank you Kathleen. ❤️
I SO understand you! I have been a hospice caregiver for 25 years and loved it! Still do although I am not doing this right now. But I will go running if someone asks me to be with a terminally ill person. There is “something” beautiful, peaceful, mystical to be present when someone draws their last breath. SO So peaceful.
Thanks Kathleen !
Wonderful message thanks Kathleen😍
This is going to be such a beautiful video for his daughter to watch in the future.
So so brilliant You don’t know how many of my dying patients watching this ❤️

Just found out that my grandfather passed away after I watched #kathleenlights video. Thank you for sending me here. ❤
After losing my grandpa, whom I grew up with, I felt pain that I didn’t even know existed. How selfish of me to grieve over his death, when he was being “re-born,” and being brought into another world with his family again. So comforting to listen to.
Thanks Kathleen! It is a beautiful video.
Im here because of Kathleen 💕
Kathleen, thank you, thank you for linking this in your latest vlog. You too are also a special soul, with a purpose, just like you described Justin as. Thank you.
This touched my heart, thankyou Kathleen ❤
Thank you #Kathleenlights for linking this video. My parents passed away 7 years ago. My dad was only 49 and my mom 48. I needed this.
Mind blown. Thank you Kathleen Lights. Thank you Justin...keeping doing your work...I needed it without knowing it.
Thank you Kathleen for showing me something I never would have seen ❤️ This really helped.
Thanks Kathleen for sharing this video! I can’t stop crying, love this video thank you for making it!
Did anyone else binge watch My Last Days after watching this video? Thanks to Kathleen Lights for a good long needed cry. I just subscribed to SoulPancake because this is exactly what I've been needing. Watching something so touching and sad but was such an uplifting message was amazing.
This is such a beautiful and powerful message. I’m speechless and full of tears and hope ❤️ thank you Justin and Kathleen. I will never forget this.
Kathleen I needed to hear this and most importantly feel this thank you so much for this it was something I needed in my life right at this moment
Came here from the new TED talk about masculinity.....Aaaah.....Justin what are you doing to me! I've basically only read the word Bahai when reading some article about Justin, but that's it. This video leaves me with a feeling that I want to experience it again. And I really hope all families and people & animals who love and care about eachother here on earth, get to be together again, when it's time. Wow.... feelings. :'(

Luv u Kathleen & Justin❤️💙
This is so incredible! Thank you Kathleen
I've thought death and birth were the same since I was really little. I don't know why. It makes sense to me. Ever since I was VERY little...as long as I can recall actually..I hugged everyone and told people I love them. I still do. I won't ever stop. I'm crying. Tears are running down my face. I helped my husband, mom and dad die. I played music for my mom and husband. Particularly my mom who was brain dead. She opened her eyes. I don't know what gave me the idea to give them music. I am absolutely in tears. I've never heard anyone talk in this way before. I have been without my beloved husband and I will love him for all time, my mom and my dad. I LOVE them so much. I know there is some kind of energy greater than I somehow helping. There are stars, galaxies, we can see, hear, we love, there are flowers and elephants and bees...everything in between. I don't even know what brought me to THIS video today. This is blowing my mind right now. My husband died of liver cancer. 11 months. Out of 5 family member I have 2 left. THANK YOU FOR TELLING THIS. GIVING TIME is THE most valuable asset. YES. YES. YES.

V moving, and thought provoking. Thankyou Kathleen for suggesting this video, I may not have seen it otherwise. X
What a great inspirational video. Sadly a couple of my uncles have cancer and my grandma might have it too. Thank you Kathleen for mentioning his video here.
Wow. Thank you Justin and Kathleen Lights. I needed this. ❤️❤️
I never knew I needed this video this much! Lost my dad 4 years ago to cancer and all that comforted me was that he is in a better place and we will reunite some day!
Although you have to have belief in a god and afterlife to really believe his message, it is still positive nonetheless. I think that those that are suffering from a loss will still grieve, and with good reason, but perhaps a message like this will give them comfort. One thing I can agree on is giving your loved ones your time and letting them know how much you care. I'm always sure that the last thing I tell certain people in my life is "I love you" because you never know when it'll be the last time you speak. Heck, I tell my cat I love him before I leave lol
Opened my eyes thank you Kathleenlights❤️
