@@iamwill1088 1. smaller doesn't always mean denser, the earth is denser than mercury, even though mercury is smaller. denser means that there is more weight in a cubic centimetre of the object's material than the other object's material. Density wouldn't help unless it was dense enough to be a neutron star or a black hole. that star also has less gravity because it is a red DWARF star.

It came MUCH CLOSER than most suspect, so close in fact that it left an asteroid belt of the planet it ripped apart and sent a chunk of it(Vesta) into a grazing impact with Mars, which incidentally had lush forests, water, & life at the time. As Vesta grazed Mars two chunks broke off of it and Mars received two moons as a consolation prize, Phobos & Deimos. Oh yeah, one more thing: the swarm of dead comets Scholz's Star sent hurtling towards the Earth is a cyclical event and Chelybinsk was the beginning of the swarm(a small chunk of a 600m dead comet that passed two years afterwards on the exact same trajectory as the Chelybinsk meteor). But don't worry because the real bad news isn't until the year 2880 when there's a 1:1 chance of a major impact event according to NASA & ESA observations. The next major event we'll see is the keyhole event of 99942 Apophis in 2029 which MIGHT impact the next time after that unless diverted. Fortunately, they have already successfully diverted a 600m rock. Unfortunately, 6 miles wide is exponentially more difficult to divert. But hey, no worries, the world doesn't end until the next rogue star swallows it whole and almost everyone will be dead long before then. Comforting thought isn't it?

Interesting.. the legend of "Nemesis" is about our Sun's brother. A Dwarf star that is 80% covered in Black Obsidian (due to the cooling effect it endures when it orbits our sun at such a high speed). Apparently, it comes around more often than people think. Due to the ability to "soak up sunlight" and not be seen thanks to a magnetic frequency that draws in our sun's light and doesn't reflect it... it can be seen from certain angles. An angle where it's own light (a blood red color) shines from its only hot spot. It's face. This completes an old Hopei Indian prophecy about the "Blue Kachina" and the "Red Kachina". The last time this star (which is about 6x the size of Jupiter) was technically seen.. was by Constantine during the battle for Rome. "Under this sign we conquer". It was called "The Star of the Cross" as the planets/moons following it (that were attempting to orbit it) numbered 7 and seemed to be in the shape of a cross with the star at the head. Other past civilizations claim that every 3,500 to 4,000 years this star actually comes between the Earth and our sun.. blocking out the light for 1, 2, or 3 days depending on which cycle it is on. Naturally, this causes a few fun activities here on earth. Freezing cold during the dark duration. Exciting earthquakes! Boiling seas! The four major moons are said to be the "Four horsemen of the apocalypse" due to one being white, the other being red, one being pale.. etc. The three planets in the center forming the middle are smaller and may be inhabited. One is supposed to be "Herculobus" the other "Niberu"... but the 3rd one is unknown. Hey maybe that's Eden? Who knows? Well if this is true... we should all load up on sodas, play video games, and otherwise do goofy crap until it's over. Heh.... :P
