That would require a lot of not-working chips. I don't really know if clones had their teams predetermined from birth or assigned later on, in first case chip malfunction would be actually plausible. In the latter case, it would require some event where they were somehow disabled without anyone even realizing.

kinda sad that Anakin and Kix (a clone trooper medic from the 501st) didn't get to meet. Kix was still alive during the events of the Disney Trilogy so I think it would have been an interesting interaction.

I 100% strongly agree. Finn was cheated horribly in the Disney Trilogy. He was easily the most interesting character of the entire new cast. Poe was another interesting character, simply because he was a cocky hot shot (and sometimes hot headed) pilot who was the best in the resistance, and he knew it. It set him up in the beginning to possibly give him a humility arc and realize that it takes teamwork to win a mission, not just skills. Rey **could** have worked, had they let Finn be trained somewhat alongside her, and not have Rey just Mary Sue her way throughout the entire Trilogy. We could also be able to see two Jedi (or Jedi in training) appear on screen and operating as a team echoing the Prequel era. I *want* to love the new cast, but... Disney just completely dropped the ball on writing good story arcs for them all, especially with incorporating a proper torch passing from the original characters to each of them to take up the respective roles they were stepping into. Poe as a humble, patient and appreciative leader from Leia. Finn as a reluctant warrior chosen to fight for a good cause with encouragement from Han. Rey as a Jedi who is taught humility, peace of mind, and that there is always light in darkness as a Jedi for the New Order by Luke. Like I said. I *want* to like them... Disney however has completely turned me off from anything to do with because they attacked the fans during these movies releases.

@@Joe-pe3py As a character concept, Finn was NOT lame. He had tons of potential to offer audiences to see the other side of the coin from the first 6 movies. He could have been a once loyal Stormtrooper who became disillusioned towards an Empire who would rather call him by an assigned Alphanumeric number than his birth name. He could have had an awesome storyline involving becoming a Jedi who knew how the Empire operated (essentially a Jedi version of Han Solo). He could have been given all kinds of awesome story ideas and character growth... but Disney blew it. Rey, on the other hand, was made solely to be a female Mary Sue version of what Luke Skywalker was in the Original Trilogy, while Kylo was essentially what if Anakin still acted like his immature teenager self in Attack Of The Clones, but still wore his Vader armor. Snoke was the biggest waste of potential... the possibility of a Big Bad who could equal Palpatine, or even Darth Plagus? Only for them to literally throw him away in the most unceremoniously and anticlimactic way possible without even letting the audience even know WHO he is and WHY he turned Kylo away from the light? So to basically sum up my response to your comment: The characters had great potential. The execution on and the story writing those characters was what was lame.

In the movies, it seemed so clear Finn was supposed to be force sensitive and then it was just ... dropped. I'm so glad to see Jedi Finn explored some more, and even more pleased he got trained in part by my favorite Jedi, Obi-Wan.

I like the idea that Anakin is in support of what Leia was saying (even if Poe defied it), because as young as Anakin may be, he recognises Leia is an experienced General, and frankly over twice his age, so plenty of life experience too.

Also keep in mind there is not just six Jedi, with Ezra, Sabine and Jacen, there is at least nine, if Ahsoka is not alive any more (she would be around 70-something, but she might have been at Luke's academy when it fell). Not to mention their is a Force-using Mandalorian, probably living in the Mines of Mandalore, with his aliit, probably still in his adolescent stage (if Ahsoka is 70, that would mean Grogu is 80-something), but I honestly headcanon that for all his ability to use the Force, he is heading towards becoming a bounty hunter, like his Buir, and will live on supporting the rebuilding Mandalorian community. But I also think maybe Ahsoka, Ezra and Sabine started up their own Jedi school out on Lothal, separate from Luke's, where Ezra trained Jacen where Hera was able to stay around and support them emotionally. Going on the presumption Ahsoka and Sabine do eventually find a way back from Peridea, of course. Their school's mascots are Dume the Loth-Wolf, the white Loth-Cat, and Morai the Convor.

Although not shocked because in TCW Anakin had the exact same series of events with Ashoka where she ended up getting most of her squadron killed because she didn’t back off

Glad both Obi-Wan and Anakin redeemed their mistakes in the future. Happy they are rebuilding the Jedi and the galaxy after defeating the first order.

We should look forward to a future story From Our Grand Master in which Yoda will also do it. And Mace when they went In The Star Wars Sequels.

I know you said you wouldn't do a sequel rewrite, but this kinda works as one... honestly you mentioning that thing Shmi said about how people didn't help anymore... that made the 'It's Just people' fleet feel, way more significant

Ahsoka, if she is alive, would be in her 70s. Ezra and Sabine in their 50s (they are of ages with Luke and Leia). The youngest old person with the Force? Well he's training to be a bounty hunter so he can help support his recovering people on Mandalore. He will be the bounty hunter everyone underestimates, both for his size and his Force abilities.

Love this one. PPSW I know you don't always get a chance to do a lot of sequel stories but I'm glad when you do. I like that you built off of the elements of your previous story what if Anakin had trained Rey. I thought it was neat that Obi-Wan was the one to get Finn to connect to the force seeing that he was a bit of a late bloomer like himself. Also the fact that Obi-Wan wan was the one to come and help Luke, it was kind of nice that the force kind of knew the good way to work around Luke cutting himself off from the Force therefore not being able to listen to any Force ghost, the next best thing was to send a living body version of Obi-Wan Kenobi. Anakin and Poe getting along seems absolutely perfect. Poor Rey and her imposter syndrome tho. It was nice to see three generations all working together. I also like how you brought what Shmi and Anakin discuss when he was a child about people needing to care about one another and help one another. I also like how you said the story started with the separation of a mother and son and in this version it ends with the reuniting of a mother and a son. Well done I can't wait to see more from you. Especially whatever you have planned with Anakin and Finn in the future, it sounds really cool.

What if the Jedi and the Night Sisters make an alliance in their desperation against the Empire after Order 66? Maybe even united and created something new.

Good...would love to see this version... but being kylo looked up to anakin they should have met during battle with snoke understanding that vader was fighting beside him as a light side user would have forged his path into something greater as was anakins original life through all 6 films....bringing the skywalker tradition and legends completely in a circle as the force wills!

Couldn't help but notice how Poe still had to disable the fleet killer in this story too. Its almost like the story wouldn't happen if it wasn't. The whole Poe thing really is my biggest gripe with TLJ. Bc despite him being punished for it, it ultimately was the right decision. Bc if he didn't, they wouldhave been tracked thru hyperspace and killed.

I didn’t like that Anakin didn’t get some emotional scenes with Luke or Leia, or even guide Ben. All he did was train Rey and was a pilot. It would also have been better if he killed Snoke or even fought Sidious from ep 9.
