To be honest piccon would be screwed against ultimate Cell, considering going mystic boosted gohans strength to 10 to 20 times.. made him stronger then fused characters and piccon as shown was at best ssj2 cell saga level.

@@AlrokakoPower doesn't mean everything, pikkon while using weights one shot cell, goku won against him due to a surprise instant transmission Kamehameha while his guard was down.

He’s waaaay stronger. He knocked out Super Perfect Cell without even trying, and then one shotted Frieza and King Cold at the same time.
Cell ain't nothing without stolen moves and absorption so he really don't get to many props
