Guys, this smart @$$ is forgetting a major factor. Get ENOUGH REST. You'll always have an advantage and an extra push when fully rested to get tasks done at excellent quality and efficient rate.

Best tip Focus on yourself and beat your previous versions of yourself Or just be Kharma medic✅
After the 1st year I can say that also your attitude towards the books and all the materials matter. If you're saying "Eh,I have to study this material so to pass the exams" it will be hard for you to learn it because it seems that you don't do it because you enjoy it but for passing some exams. You have to be excited that you have the source for finding the answers for your questions. And like this studying becomes something entertaining,not stressing. P.S. Wish you lots of luck for the last year!

After all, people in this situation are learning to be doctor. If they don’t care about the lessons/texts/lectures beyond the “I have to pass a test” point, something wrong is happening.

I do have Oxford handbook of clinical medicine textbook form as well its pdf form on my ipad, currently reading it for PLAB1 exams, but OHCM pdf is useful in ipad to note down extra points from plabable
