I am not a musician (I’m an illustrator), but Mary has taught me so much about discipline, motivation, pursuing your dream, having perspective, and how to make your own career on your terms through her videos. It’s a testament to her wisdom, her accessibility, and how she connects with others; that you don’t have to be a musician or guitar aficionado to appreciate what she shares.

I found you a while ago, but only subbed this year. I could listen to you all day... your voice is melodic and you don't say "um" or "aahh" ever, which is refreshing! You have a calming presence that I can embrace. Thank you for what you do and how you do it!

I hadn't noticed that before but it's true! No constant "likes" or "ya knows" or vocal fry either. Probably a subconscious reason of why I enjoy this channel aside from the great content.
