I would LOVE a budget/what I spend in a week video. You seem to have a great balance of cooking at home, eating out, and "fun" purchases like the concert tickets or home decor. I would love to see how you balance that!

As long as the package is NOT opened yet, the cream cheese should be fine :3 The "best before" really means "best" - it's just for the manufacturer to be on the safe side. Of course the supermarket should at least give it a discount... (at least I can speak for german products, as we also have a best before date)
