i often have similar periods where i feel absolutely terrible at what i do no matter how long ive been doing it. it’s really hard but also important to just give yourself a lot of patience and grace in those times. you’ve been sick so your body is still catchin up, you’re doing great!

working on perfecting my flip technique, starting lutz, and doing axel preparation!! I'm so excited to start working on it! ps. love how empty your sessions are. so much space!!

Ok but toe loops are the superior jump and I think I’m very much alone in that camp 😅 sending you double axel good vibes! ALMOST to my on ice single axel lol maybe someday (need a backspin/loop miracle they’re the worst) (also hi @ Ashlyn I skate with her during the week sometimes lmao)

im working on my loop, fixing my scratch spin which makes me want to die, back spin and sit spin prep

I'm working on getting my camel and sit spin, Loop & half Lutz jumps & waltz + toeloop combo. Just started working on Axel too but that's still very much in it's beginner phase and ugly lol. Otherwise, just improving balance and flow across the ice as well as speed.

@@RachelLizaI’m only 10 now but I started skating as soon as I could walk! My first comp was ISI Tots lol! (My mom was a skater at OVA and skated with some of the coaches when they were still students!) You could say skating is in my blood ❤
