Pastor Shameka ministered this word with such grace and authenticity. What a great message to close out the Summer Series on Womanology. I love that quote penned by Dr. Myles Monroe, “When you don’t understand the purpose of a thing, we abuse it.” This message helped woman as well as men understand that women want to be seen, heard, valued & praised (my take away).

This message made me cry because its so personal to me. Its a story I can so relate to. But thank my God up in heaven for restoring to me what the canker worm and locusts hath eaten! I am beautiful and fearfully and wonderfully made! I have realized that I dont need any man to determine my value and worth! I am loving my personal walk and relationship with my Father at this time and IF HE blesses me with someone in my future then thats great because I do desire a husband for myself who truly adores and loves me. But at the same time IF HE does not have anyone for me in my future then I will be okay with that as well. I do know that HE will NEVER leave me or forsake me and that is so comforting within itself!! ❤❤

Pastor Shameka sounds like Joel Osteen. Her presentation of the Word is to encourage and uplift. Her voice is so calm in teaching. What a great balance between the Daniels. There is alot here that some men could learn from about women. (For those who care to learn) Not for the men that I have been familiar with at one point in my life. Him who pretended to care and love you, him who pays no attention at the times you upset her and made her cry and did nothing, him who would always let her go and walk away with you never pursuing her, him who would sext the females with her sitting right beside you, him who would always neglect her sexual advances but to always run off to the bathroom to watch your porn while letting her do without your want or need of her. I always knew something was off but today I look back and see SO SO much more of the things I should have never allowed to take place. Thank you Jesus for intervening in that situationship and protecting me for future troubles. ❤❤

This wasn’t a conference; it was a pair of sermon series that lasted a month apiece. This is the final sermon in the series “Womanology.”! Check out their link tho; they do some conferences during the year. A few months ago, Pastor Shameka and PD took the stage together to present on creating and stewarding a healthy relationship and marriage. Was pretty awesome. Informal yet super informative. They are just so cute together!!!!
