I have switched to a solid shampoo and conditioner and have been loving it! I enjoy how it makes my hair look, that a bar is the equivalent of 2-3 bottles of traditional shampoo and I am reducing the amount of plastic waste I am producing! 👍👍

Sodium laurel sulfate in toothpaste is a big contributor to perioral dermatitis. Switching to an SLS free toothpaste can definitely help. Hi Smile and Hello toothpastes are all SLS free and I believe sensodyne has a few.

I get perioral dermatitis every couple years and mine never goes away until I do a round of antibiotics. As much as I don’t like taking antibiotics, it clears it up super fast and seems to be the only thing that’s worked for me.

I’m also a perioral dermatitis sufferer. Switching away from mint toothpaste and floss to more fruity-flavored ones helped me a ton! Also brushing teeth before washing my face has helped a lot as well! Oh! And Tower28’s SOS spray as the first step in my skincare routine! Glad red-light therapy is working for you!!

I have that current body mask and I love it!! I don't use it as consistently as I should but when I do, I definitely see much less redness. So work the investment!!

Those moon dust shadows look really similar to the shimmer shade on the kaja eyeshadow bento thing in the “chocolate dahlia” option-which I LOVE. Sheer-ish and beautiful. Something, but not too much. Looks like I need that little palette! 😊

I love my Dr Dennis Gross LED mask 💗 I use it every night and would replace it with the same brand or another in a heartbeat if something was to go wrong with it. I used to have the eye LED mask but it stopped charging after a few years. 🥰

Have you tried the YTP body care line? I bought them for January as my birthday gift to me. I honestly didn’t want to like them because of the price but…. I love them 😩

I've only had periorial dermatitis once in my life. But when I did, I found out that it can sometimes be linked to the toothpaste that you are using. Certain ingredients in more common toothpastes can be irritating to the skin around the mouth. I switched out my toothpaste to one that was fluoride, SLS and saccharin free and haven't had an issue ever since! Maybe you've already tried this, but wanted to pass it along.

Dear Jamie, I think you might enjoy Sachajuan's hair oil. It's the most lightweight gorgeous-smelling shine-bringing potion I've ever tried.

😭😭 the moondust pallets is discontinued in the US! Loveee the look of the lounge set with detachable hood but $$$

I bought into the hype of red light therapy and developed cystic acne all around my jaw and chin. I used the omnilux mask, so not cheap at all. I cleaned it very thoroughly as well. My derm agreed that was likely what caused it, and after 2 weeks of not using it, I didn't get any new breakouts and it took hundreds of dollars and months to fix the damage it caused. I had pretty flawless skin before that, and thought I was doing something good for my skin. Proceed with caution in terms of red light therapy. Definitely not for everyone.

for waterless shampoo i'd probably just prefer a shampoo bar for ease of use

Gus does catch it! Never puts it in his mouth or anything - it’s small, so if your cat chews/eats toys, be mindful! 🥹

Red light therapy scares me for us brown girls. Terrified it's going to worsen my melasma/hyperpigmentation

I hate to be the one but please before any of you out there uses a red led face mask test it on a small area first 😂😂 I had to learn the hard way that I seem to be allergic to it so I had a burning, itching, deep red face for a whole month, it was no joke. And nowhere on the internet is something mentioned like that. At least not on all the sites I red. So please be careful😅❤

A lot of the led masks are HSA/FSA eligible if that’s the type of health insurance you have. Especially if you are changing employers ans might want to use it up or it doesn’t roll year to year.

It’s a waterless shampoo that needs the user to add water to it to activate it 🤣

I know is your job to try new things but within your possibilities from a perioral dermatitis chronic sufferer to another, be careful with what you put on it, it tends to be better to put nothing to the point that is the name of the therapy approach "zero" therapy because it is a pesky dermatitis to have. I have it chronically, and i think for life, and I've been on low dose accutane three times which help each dose, but damn! For me less to the point of nothing at all, is better.

Yes! I used only one product on my skin for about 1 month, which helped a lot! I’m slowly introducing other products in, making sure it doesn’t make anything worse.

If you have periol dermatitis you shouldn't use any products on your skin at all. You probably have it because you used the wrong or to many products. When I have it all I use is really long soaked black teabag and dap it on...

I unfortunately don't care for monthly favs it'promotes too much consumerism so I would prefer a favs maybe 2x a year or so
