@@TLOMikeRogers I hunted the base for the past five years and finally got permission on 40 acres in Ramona. It sets next to a big ranch so hopefully will fill my D16 and G10 this year.
You can glass for an hour before a buck within 100 yards will finally jump up and go away IF you are quiet.
Good luck! I am still trying to find ammo. I still haven’t had a chance to scout. Are there any taxidermists down here? Do you use a deer processor?

I heard about that ammo issue and that sucks! Sorry to hear. The taxidermist I know if is in riverside and if you meat a normal food processor to make ground meat then yes. Good luck this year as well!

@@davidjackson6827 oh sorry I misunderstood. By processor I’m guessing you mean butcher? If so then no I haven’t but I might this year to see all the good cuts I can get!
