Sir as a tyre shop owner it is not possible to keep all sizes tyre in stock for example in 16 inch tyre there are sizes like 195-60-R16 , 205-60-R16 and so on. So what you do if a customer ask for a particicular tyre size ? Did you ank him to upsize his tyre or you directly sa no the customer.

@@vishalchaplot8058 liked your video bhaiya and one more thing to audience who want to open take tyre dealership. don't mess with big dealers or players of your areas. they know all the wrong tactics to take down your shop, either they will make the fitment free or will sell the tyre even below your purchase price and you will be wondering how that happened. i am also a shop owner in dhanbad, and time taught me all the techniques to bypass them. Yes Target rehta hai Apko set karna hai konse segment mai Kitna tyre chahiye every month then company Area calculate karti hai accordingly apka plan banati hai jaise for example scooty mai apne 500 tyre likhe but 500 nai milte wo calculate karte hai and then apko according to area plan dete hai Ye Tyre ka plan every year change hota hai and increase hota hai

Think 100% times before opening MRF showroom, experienced of 7yrs... was doing good retail business.. 100 % retail, but at last have to shutdown... becoz company wants their business and target... but i am very happy now and doing multi brand....
