Sa lawsuits mam, ang payo ko rin aral ka rin on your own ng laws. Based on experience at advises ng lawyers at pulis, biktima lang talaga ang magtatanggol sa sarili nya. Wala ang abugado at mga legal authorities kung masyado kang aasa dyan. Totoo yan na pera ang mananaig sa katarungan pero pray lang po kayo at wag sumuko. Tuloy lang ang content mam na makatulong masugpo yung ganitong kurapsyon. God bless mam.

Di kayo nag iisa. Saludo po ako sa inyo. Nakakaawa rin ang mga Filipinong mahihirap na di nakapag aral at lolokohin lang ng iba. Go go go sa ganitong expose. Dapat nga yung mga batas na copyright at cyberlibel exempt sa criminal liability kung may nangyayaring injustices at naghahanap ng katarungan sa strangers or mga taong hindi natin kadugo, whether kaibigan, teacher na nagrecruit sa mga tao sa MLM. Nakalagay yan sa revised penal code natin. Nantetechnic lang talaga ang mga abugado. Saka ang tama sa due process ang probable cause ng mga kaso ang pinagbabasehan ng mga court decisions. Hindi porke may ganitong video cyber libel na agad or copy right issues. Labag naman yan sa freedom of speech. Kaya nga eh kahit di ka abugado yung ganyang kaso sa korte para patahimikin magsalita ang mga biktima ay form ng computer forgery ng mga salasay ng crimen at suppression ng freedom of speech. Kung may itetechnic sa yo ang kalaban mo mam sa korte basahin mo yung mismong batas kung kelan ka pwedeng magplea ng exempt for criminal liability. Saka payo lang mam, binilin din sa kin noon ng State Lawyer ko sa PAO, wag na wag kang haharap sa court hearings wala kang dalang law books or copy ng mga batas kasi once na hindi ka aware na mali mali na ang court decisions comporme sa tunay na nakalagay sa batas, sorry ka pag nahatulan ka ng wala sa hulog. Ipakita mo sa hukom at mga abugado ang premises ng batas if you think something is wrong sa bias judgement sa courtroom at ipakita mo lang daladala mong papel or libro ng mga batas. Be strong lang at kuha lang po kayo sa mga legal advises ko para makatulong sa inyo.

When the courts finally throw out the lawsuits filed against you, I hope you'll be able to countersue to give them a taste of their own medicine but in your case you'll win and they'll pay for damages AND get sent to prison :D
