My husband died in November he did get me a couple of presents and I have them out in front of me, they make me happy and sad but I'm so grateful for having him in my life.

As a candle maker I want to say thank you for reminding people that we still have so much time to enjoy the Christmas Spirit and the magick of Winter! The Solstice JUST happened! But companies love to rush us into Valentines day which is just so ridiculous!

I live in ireland and we leave our decorations up till the 6th of January. I'm so glad we still do that! I think it's really sad that a lot of people- even in Britain - don't know that christmas lasts until the 6th of January anymore

I let my decorations up until mid of february. I don't care about Valentine's day ore other days until winter it's not over I want to keep this cozy feeling ❤😊 lights, candles and hot drinks.

In our house the Santa stuff comes down but we fill our rooms with candle glow for months of long cold Canadian winters. Helps with the winter blues to honest.

Hobby lobby had all Christmas taken away and Valentine’s Day decor out two weeks before Christmas “CRAZY”

How lucky you are to have a husband who pays attention to what you love and carefully considers it when choosing gifts. How sweet and thoughtful! You’re blessed. 🥹

I LOVE celebrating the 12 days of Christmas, because for me, the Christmas spirit usually doesn't hit until Christmas Eve - and then, BAM, it over! But last year we started living the decorations up into January and I feel this is more the way it should be...it bugs me how stores try to push Christmas on us the moment Halloween is over and Valentines the day after Christmas. Let's just enjoy the season!

My love language is gifts too and I always give the same disclaimer how it’s not about the gift itself. In a world where people value money above all else (unfortunately), for them to stop and have thought about me, it means the world.

My husband and I do the same thing and keep all of our presents out in the living room. We have a habit of stacking them under the coffee table. My mom used to put all of our stuff back under the tree as well. So I’m a dragon too. Ha.

What a wonderful husband. And you’re such a bright light! Had to stop and watching because I had a moment where I realized the last time I got a gift for Christmas was when I was a kid still living with my parents. My 3 year old pointed out last year, where is mommy’s present, why is mommy’s stocking empty, I didn’t even think about it too deep until I started watching this and it definitely brought a tear to my eye 💖 what a beautiful life and love you have! These presents are all so thoughtful! 😍 I'm not used to gift giving at Christmas (here in The Netherlands we celebrate St. Nicolas in early December), but my husband and I buy each other something each year, we open it when we feel like it, somewhere during the December month.

Thanks to you I started to completely love Autumn (never thought of the beauty of it that much) this year and literally live in the moment enjoying the tiniest things romanticizing eeeeverything from drinking a tea to burning candles. I even learned to the perfection to make a home made pumpkin spice latte which I also have an own pumpkin puree and own pumpkin spice mixed to have it ready! It’s so beautiful to be aware of what all is around and how we can actively enjoy life in the simplest way - I can say I really love all these moments🩷🩷🩷

Well done Jared on the things he got you! My husband would spoil me with anything I would want but I am a minimalist and am very selective about what I own. I am also a popcorn fanatic (I make it almost every day) hehe. We also have an electric kettle because my husband is obsessed with having the right temperature for his drinks. Exactly take as long as u need to enjoy the holiday season, I find the more I prolong the vibes after Christmas Day the less Christmas blues I get because the build up stops and I can just breathe and enjoy the season.
