    Thank you Maria for a great vlog and I love reading the magazine too especially the success stories.Your meals always look so tasty .I've just re started the 12 week NHS calorie counting plan and lost 3 lbs today .I liked your idea to write our thoughts down and it will hopefully help me to stay focused.Take care .xx.

    Maria are you doing SW from home using the app? I just purchased 3 months online. I tried SW 12/2022 but wasn't ready for it, at the time. I bought the plan which included the magazine subscription &cookbooks back then. I enjoy having them now! I am loving the plan. Since I am in New York the app isn't very helpful. Wondering if I can do without it when it's up for renewal. ❤ Lovely meals you've had!

    Hello Maria,,Your on your way too loosing another stone..your meals look delicious and I have adopted some of them.. Maria Personally I think that once you start loosing weight and your clothes become a size to big you realize that you are happier with yourself at least I am.. I now have a closet with clothes that are to big for me..I started at 193 8 months ago at size 18/20 American..now I am 160 size 12/14.my goal 148 and a perfect size 12 in all clothes...oh by the way I am 74 so yes you can loose weight at any age if you truly set your mind to it barring no medical conditions..

    High Maria, Can you tell me on the plan, how many sins are you allowed a day, and what they mean by free, and speed, by the way, you have done so well, you have encouraged me to try some of the meals. They look so tasty and filling. xx

    When you're Food Optimising, you'll choose two measured Healthy Extra 'a' options (for calcium) and one measured Healthy Extra 'b' choice (for fibre) each day. Eat 1 Healthy extra b choice a day. Enjoy 2 Healthy extra a choices a day. Eat up to 15 syns a day (unless you fit in a group above) Enjoy as many free foods as you like but stop when you are full. Each meal should have at least 1/3 of the meal as speed foods for faster weight loss
