    I love you videos because for one it's realistic how you will throw in whatever you have on hand, and secondly you are always balancing fats carbs protein and adding greens which is something everyone should do. greens are so important! very realistic and helpful recipes thank you!

    Hi Alexandra, I just can across your videos and have been binge watching lol Your meals are so simple and inspiring. I started doing high starch low fat and found I was not satiated and needed to eat a huge volume of food. I am not a huge volume eater and was glad to hear you suggest more calories from natural fats. That is what makes me feel full and satisfied. I like that you balance your meals with carbs, protein, and fats. I look forward to more meals with fresh ingredience from Spain. We go to Mexico every year and I think they will inspire me with all the fresh produce...thanks for sharing!

    You just made all the veggies look good which sadly people choose to skip in their meals. I am a vegetarian no egg but this helped me resolve the high carb issues with vegetarian diet. Great recipes!! Thank you.

    I made the sweet potato bowl with kale and chickpeas last week and so glad I did because it is soooo damn good and not something I have tried yet. All of the components are just amazing together. Really great recipe.

    I have to say thus far everything looks perfect; legitimately healthy! I could only watch half so far because I really got to crash but I wanted to at least comment let ya know I'm a new subscriber :) I will be back to finish this and try some of these recipes. What was the purple dressing 3:30 in? Groat oats or at least steel cut are better (whole foods) though and organic because glyphosate is like 10x higher in non-organic. Can't wait to try your other recipes!

    I LOVE your bowls! WHERE oh WHERE do you find Mangoes with no pit in the middle? I've never seen mangoes without those big fat pits (even in a few different countries).

    I'm sort of doing the same thing, but I have two cheat meals. I take super greens and man, I feel the damn difference! I never took veggies seriously tell now and that's where it's at. I have so much energy I can run a marathon. I never felt this way my entire life. Also I express the right emotions now toward someone and I'm not so negative anymore. I am tryin to take out meat but it's tough because of parties. Today I had pizza but it was with friends and a cheat meal. I got on the tread mill and burned it off right after. Then went straight back to my diet. I add it meat freely whenever my body is craving it and it's mostly chicken that I crave. I even have vegan ice cream. Getting rid of meat is tough.

    Do you consider yourself adventurous and open minded? If so you should add a mineral bath into your relaxation routine.     @@AlexandraAndersson Thanks for responding when you have the time truly kind of you and always appreciated. Yeah you are very free spirited and open so thought I'd mention it for sure. It's something I want to experience someday as well for its healing properties beneficial for both stress and muscle soreness so definitely worth a try. It's an outdoor spa with minerals you can do it by yourself, with friends, or with your significant other depending on how adventurous you are of course. Would you want to try it someday to add into your routine? If your bf is as into nature as much as you I'm sure he'd try it as well. I'll ask again on the next one but glad to support as always hope you enjoyed your Halloween.

    Question...on the recipe for the pumpkin pasta in your app it says 1/2 vegetable broth...1/2 what??? I.I'm assuming 1/2 cup. I'd love to make this this week. Please help me figure this out! It looks healthy and delicious 😋! BTW since I have transitioned to a wfpb diet I have lost 142lbs with 116lbs more to go. Thank you so much for your app! And videos! They have really helped me in my weight-loss journey! I did this all without weight-loss surgery and no exercise but I'm starting to incorporate some now. Thanks again!

    Hi! That’s great to read 🥰 happy you like it! I use rolled oats. Depending on what brand, rolled oats are different though (thinner or thicker) 💚

    Hi I am not sure if you will read this comment but I was thinking of buying a vitamix blender. When you blend the celery or kale does it come out nice and smooth? or do you feel bits of celery and kale in the drink? Thanks so much.

    Other than fruit, her diet consist mostly of complex carbs that dont make ur sugar levels sky high :) also dont be fooled by fruit propaganda - its basically water and sugar with lots of vitamins and minerals that are of great use for ur body ☺️
