The rice turned out mushy because you're supposed to steam sticky rice (in a bamboo steamer is how I do mine) and then soak it in the sweetened coconut milk (but making it in the rice cooker is so much easier and quicker so I totally get it, but I just thought I would let you know if you didn't know). Thanks for sharing all these recipes, they look great ☺

The rice turned mushy because she added waaaaayyyy too much water. Sticky rice needs a lot less water to cook than normal rice. Here she also added coconut milk so she needs to reduce the water even more. The water level should be just slightly higher than rice level. I use the rice cooker all the time and it always works. She also used that spoon to mix the rice around when it's hot. That definitely added to it too

These all look so good! Do you have recipes for these? Specifically the shorts ribs, the kimchi udon, and mango sticky rice? Also, where did you get that giant jar of kimchi and the tuna?

If you have an H Mart in your city, they’ll have huge jars of kimchi and will usually have a sushi section as well! And I have a recipe I followed for the many sticky rice but I actually used some family recipes my parents taught me for the other ones so don’t have anything written down 😔 but i linked the mango sticky rice recipe in my description! Let me know how it is!
