what i EAT in a WEEK | CALORIES of an INTUITIVE eater *over 2000*
this is a what i eat and a rough estimate of how much an intuitive eater eats (bc i dont own a caloric scale anymore), but before you come at me saying i overestimate, i probably didnt because i always eat more than what's pictured, and ive had a lot of experience with these dumb calorie numbers. this is just to show you that calories don't matter, and you should eat what you want :)

me too honestly. no matter how i think i’m doing better, i still have thoughts of restrictions and essentially starving myself. hopefully we will be guilt free around food in the future!

I really related to the part about calorie counting and being fixated on that number as an indicator of how much you should eat. I feel like a lot of people experience that struggle at least once in their life. As someone who restricts myself to 1200 calories per day, videos like these inspires me to eat better. I’m starting to slowly eat more :) My goal is to eat happily without guilt and feel comfortable in my own body while also eating nutritiously
I envy you ! Your meals are so balanced ( fruits, vegetables, protein, carbs, fats)! I can’t like I eat only carbs throughout all the day 😭😩

I felt the same way like eating cookies and chocolate was against the law. I always felt hungry because I wasn’t eating enough for my body to be satisfied. But I now realize it’s okay to eat and if I’m working out all the time I’m going to be hungry more frequently than before I was. Ps I love ur videos.

Thank you, Annie. I used to be scared to eat snacks in the day, so I usually just had 2 meals. I now eat freely and eat the things I want. 💞

girl i'm the same. im the same weight and height and always felt so bad when i ate more than those apps tell me. recently i've started increasing to finally fix my metabolism and eat enough and your videos have been soooooooo inspirational (especially from another short girl lol) :)

TW! ED As someone who is 5’4 Ive been told time and time again to eat 1,200 calories to lose weight. Even 800 for fast weight loss. I even got underweight realllly quickly! Lost so much weight and baby fat from my face :( and fat from my thighs and butt (which I personally like the most about me). Now I am on my journey to recovery after a serious binge purge cycle (non-purging bulimia) that severely damaged my self esteem and mental health. SO seeing another fit and strong woman eating 2000 and more calories is what makes me want to recover even more. Thank you for being so inspiring to so many other young women.

Thank you for posting this. I’ve struggled with disordered eating since the age of 12. I’m now 15 and am unfortunately facing the consequences of long-term restriction. I have a low heart rate, secondary amenorrhea, and my doctor is concerned about my estrogen levels. I’ve always thought that if I surpass 2000kcals I will gain a ton of weight. I’m trying to become less obsessive over food by not counting calories, but I still have those days where I break down due to the thought of becoming fat from not restricting. I hope I achieve a somewhat similar mindset to yours one day.

This is inspirational..I’m 140 and I play soccer ..I went to the doctor and he told me to lose 20 pounds so I set my caloric limit to 1200!...it’s really eye opening since I watched this video

Here in Greece we name it Tsoureki and is a traditional food that we make every Easter and we ad a painted red boiled egg in the middle

bc it's brioche not bread haha! brioche is made with flour, water, eggs, sugar and a lot of butter whereas bread (at least baguette) only contains flour, water, yeast and salt :) (french people gang)

my skin tone has changed to a pale skin color due to anterior reasons with Ed’s and problems when I was trying to lose weight, I’m on an Ed again and I’m limiting myself to 500 calories a day. sometimes only 200, and I exercise every day of the week, to the point where I can feel myself pass out, and every time i feel like that, my skin gets lighter and lighter :( but seeing these type of videos, encourages me to eat a little bit more, so thank you :)

not exercising like with bodyweight or weights is not lazyness. Walking is also an exercise.
I want to thank you because I’m gonna stop counting calories. At first it was ok, I’d have 1500 and it decreased to 800 a day and I’d even feel guilty when I went to bed. Now I’m gonna try to stop :(
