I get lots of questions about training and what I eat, so here is a normal day as a surfer, traveler, personal trainer and how I eat to get results.
BREAKFAST

    Hey ! Is egg yolk just to much fat for your personal diet or there is another training reason behind that ? Sorry just curious because I eat A LOT of eggs ahah

    I’m not the biggest fan of egg yolk, and it does have a lot of fat, and I prefer to get my fats elsewhere!!
