So proud of you! Amber! 不過小小溫馨提示~我食素食左3-4年,遇到最大問題唔係同朋友出街食飯之類,而係身體問題,本身脾胃差,初初唔識揀食物,食好多豆類菇類,最後成日胃痛同有DD濕疹係嘴角。一來豆類係會令胃氣漲,菇類就濕氣重。所以食素,記得記得記得落薑,同最好睇一睇中醫了解自己體質,千祈唔好信咩D濕疹係以前積落肉類嘅毒素而加排緊出嚟,然後會好翻, it is totally wrong !呢個係好睇個人體質,有D人適合食素,有D人適合食肉,以我身體其實體質唔適合全素(本身體質係寒底),但道德上我又揀咗戒肉,所以經過一次教訓,身體比嘅反應,再睇埋中醫慢慢調整自己食素嘅餐單就已經無事! 不過呢3-4年以來,都覺得食素係一種新嘅學習同改變,除咗識到好多新蔬果,同埋學多咗好多新資訊,例如某啲食物原來會有魚膠粉,魚露等等 加油啊!

@@chhhh9240 係丫,不過初初接觸係好易中伏,經一智長一智,唔洗自疚,呢啲都係新知識嚟,應該係開心自己成長咗,同埋慢慢會變成習慣

我都由今年開始正式轉左食蛋奶素(之前2年大多數時間1日1素),依家食左8個月,個身體感覺輕盈左,情緒起伏少左,同埋一樣都會食多左唔同類型唔同顏色嘅植物,希望Amber都會繼續keep住,一齊加油💚💪🏻

Plant based diet really does wonders to gv healing to our body. You are right that even being a plant based eater we still hv plenty of choices. I’m on short term plant based diet to gv body a rest from 6 weeks long severe stomach infection, really enjoying every meal I’m eating, the best part is skipping all the calories counting n eat till I’m full and satisfied.

Amber,雖然食豆腐等豆類製品吸收嘅蛋白質比食肉同蛋多,不過豆類入邊嘅蛋白質比較難吸收,而蛋同肉嘅蛋白質好容易吸收,因此兒童同孕婦一定要食肉同蛋

鄧卓殷 Amber Tang 另外唔食肉同蛋好容易缺乏維他命B12同葉酸 不過如果我真係要食素嘅話,我會淨係喺屋企食素,出去食或者去旅行就破戒
我都想全素 但我爸媽都勁鐘意食肉,餐餐有肉,無肉又有魚,又話我營養又叫我唔好浪費食物,點可以令屋企人尊重我 煮少些肉同明白唔食肉可以好正常。佢地會覺得過分健康,同話魚有膠原

Hi Amber, love ur video and sharing. I hv done 7 weeks of vegan diet and now on vegetarian/ vegan diet. I saw ur soup with kimchi, some of them hv fish/ shrimp sauce ... so I m searching for a vegan/ vegetarian one, there is one vegan kimchi from greencommon... just seeking for options. ❤️take care and waiting for new videos

我都係食素,發酵過嘅豆類protein高過豆腐,例如天唄&miso嘅蛋白質多過肉類。雖然我食素10幾年,但都一直好想減肥😆

我都係前排睇咗Netflix既What the health, Game changer, 同Cow conspiracy, 呢三套documentary係一夜晚轉變左我咁自此食素,而家見到肉類直頭好似見到毒藥咁....完全失曬興趣, 呢排都研究緊啲食譜 點樣可以煮得好食啲令屋企人都愛上素食 我都係因為你d vegan recipe而sub^^ 繼續up多啲 ah support!!! :)

我覺得食素都要睇個人體質~我只係食少左紅肉就好易暈😭睇醫生先發現係貧血~要我食番~因為素食既鐵質係好少好少~滿足唔到一日所需

其實素食都可以好高鐵架 紅莧菜、紫菜、莧菜、紅鳳菜、川七,花生、皇帝豆、花生、芝麻、南瓜子、紅豆 呢D都係高鐵食物 都可以同時是VitaminC 既食物可以幫助吸收鐵質 另外係食完高鐵食物之後避免飲茶同咖啡 因為會阻礙吸收
可唔可以出多啲素食甜品食譜?^^因為我戒左乳製品~

真環保要做的話係很難 1. 整個夏天可吾可以淢少開冷氣或者用風扇替用 同埋之前有英文新聞聽過某個國家食馬肉 我覺得素好臭,令我食落沒胃口 食量:炸豬扒,炒牛肉,炸雞等等😂
可以唔使浪費地球資源就是最好❤❤
我搵唔到奶豆,可否吾落,或者用埋腰果?

如果用埋腰果卡路里會好高可以試下用鷹嘴豆🤔🤔
一直都想食素,而家多係多菜少肉,最難一步變全素係無辦法自己煮飯食,工作關係只係夠食餐廳/外賣⋯
