there are a lot of mixed emotions in this video ahahahaha but here's what i ate this day! i tried a few new foods so it was a bit of an experiment and lots of things went wrong but it was still a very fun day!

On avocado toast u can try olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper and chili flakes. It’s truly incredible and I make it every morning :)

I like avocado toast only when the taste of avocado is as little as possible so i put so many seasoning and other stuff. So theres rlly no point lmao

Here in Brazil we eat the avo with sugar. But the avocado here is different.i know it might seem weird 🤪

@Raya L I like. we also do it with milk. but as I said, the avocado here in Brazil is much bigger and tastes different. maybe if you put sugar in that avocado it won't be so good.

I love your accent!! Also, I recommend adding more protein to fill you up. You can add yoghurt or protein powder to smoothies which makes them really good!! My fav sources of protein are yoghurt, tofu, cottage cheese, edamame, protein powder, lentils, chickpea pasta.
try adding toppings to your smoothie bowl ( granola, pb..)

Put salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the avo toast and then add tomato :)
Ok as a big fan of smoothies i wanted to tell u my absolute fav and easy smoothie recipe. U put 1/1.5 frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, handfull of frozen spinach, milk enough to smash it all but not too much bcs we want it thick, 1 tbs cocoa (or u can add more or less) 2 tbs oats Andd after u mix it all top it with granola or more fruits I hope u like this❤
you're eating next to no protein in the day which is why you're getting hungry quicker. also make sure you drink enough water as thirst can be mistaken for hunger

People saying you need to eat more protein might be right but also probably more fiber! Some of the food you showed in this video were just empty calories, the bagel with the Nutella, the orange twirl and the ice cream, that is just sugar and the body does not thrive off of that
personally I think avocado on toast should be savoury so I always just sprinkle some salt! that's all it needs to be delicious

avo on toast is SUPREME with sourdough olive bread (sainsbury's does a bangin olive bread sourdough bloomer), salt, pepper, chili flakes and a drizzle of sriracha. Honestly so good! xxxx

haha i love how excited you were about your nutribullet, i was just as excited when i finally got a better blender lol. definitely recommend adding more to smoothies other than fruit and veggies. try adding nut butter and/or a protein powder before blending, and add some toppings like granola. absolute game changers!

Just a little advice for your smoothie ☺️ you can directly put 2 or 3 dates in the blender and then mix everything.. it will be sweet enough 😉 if you don't have dates, you can put honey or sirop too :)
If you put vanilla or whatever flavour protein powder you would like into your smoothies and oatmeal etc it will sweeten it up and fill you up more.

on the avocado toast, i recommend avocado+garlic salt, avocado+tomatoes+olive oil+ balsamic vinegar, avocado+salt and pepper, or avocado+egg+turkey ham! and for the smoothie, you are supposed to fill it about halfway with the items of your choice. the bottles typically have a line that marks the max amount to add into them. people have recommended for me to put spinach as the top layer so that it gets blended the best. i recommend lowering down the amount of fruit blended but adding it as toppings! bananas and berries with granola and chia seeds look so aesthetically pleasing and fill me up more.
In actual love with your videos (not to mention that the food u eat in the videos always makes me hungry🙄) keep up with the amazing work🥰💕

my fav way to make smoothie bowls is a bunch of frozen fruits at the bottom (i use a cup of frozen blueberries) then ice, a scoop of protein powder (that will make it taste 🤌🤌) and then i add fresh fruit on top (i use spinach and a banana) and finally a tiny bit of milk and that way it will blend like a dream and then some granola on top btw (i use the vega protein and greens vanilla protein powder and it’s so good)

i recommend putting fresh fruit rather than frozen it has more flavour and also some honey inside the smoothie. Also try putting banana on top and granola :)
a tip for smoothie bowls is to add natural juice because the almond milk will dull down the flavour

I have a nutribullet too, try having smaller pieces of whatever you’re putting in there && sometimes less is more 😇 try banana, pineapple, && mango w/ milk it’s very yummy😇 also when it gets stuck for me while it’s blending I pick up my nutribullet and just move it around in circles so the stuff inside moves && you literally hear the chunks get blended!

try mashing up 1/2 an avo in a bowl, 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt in, a squeeze of lemon, salt pepper and cajun spice and mix it all up. then put it on toast and put a bit of sriracha sauce on top. that's how i make mine :)
