WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | over 100g of protein, under 2,000 calories, calorie deficit

Here's what a full day of eating looks like for me! Obviously, every day looks different, but this is what I try to stick to. I do count my calories to help me achieve my health and fitness goals. I try to stay in a calorie deficit, so burning more calories than I intake, by staying under 2,000 calories a day at least 5-6 times a week. Protein can be really hard to get a lot of, but it's so important. This is how I consistently get over 100g of protein a day! I hope you get some inspiration and that this video helps you out! ✨
