오호 대단하네요^^ 집에서 직접 김밥, 만두를 다 만들어 잡수네.. 요즘은 수출용에도 우리나라 만두는 dumpling이라 하지 않고 당당히 mandu라고 한다지요.. 외국인뿐만 아니라 한국인을 상대로 해서도 한식 요리 전수가로 성공할 조짐이 보여요 ㅎ

한국에서도 만두는 요즘 사먹죠.. 진짜 손이 많이가거든요. 예전에 대가족일때는 할만했는데, 지금은 혼자하거 기껏해야 둘이서 하기때문에 시공간적 제약이 너무크죠. 진짜 자기가 좋아하는 반찬만 만들고, 김치조차 사먹는 경우가 많아요. 제가 제일 좋아하는 반찬은 오그락지(무말랭이)인데, 이거 중독되면 진짜 미쳐버립니다. 여러가지 버전이 있지만. 무말랭이에다 마른오징어를 살짝 불려서 간해서 썩어놓으면 진짜 없어지는게 아까울 정도죠.
