Hey guys!
Here's what I ate in a day at my parent's house while filming my new weight loss course, Lean with Plants 2.0!
It's not exactly the kind of food I would normally eat, but it's pretty good!!
Here's the thing, when trying to lose weight, and dealing with people around you, communicating what you want and getting people on your team is so helpful to your success.

    Oh Chelsea. Your program is spot on! I've spent since 2010, (I was 54 when I lost 60 lbs), maintaining my weight loss. YOU my dear have nailed it! I learned through constant tweaking and many mistakes and didn't go vegan until July 2018. I will recommend your program to anyone that I think might be interested. I SO wish I could join your program because you constantly inspire me to keep on keeping on although I eat just like you. I started with Chef AJ's Ultimate Weight Loss right when her book came out because I had just gone vegan. I follow you on your podcast and here.     So helpful! Definitely both reasons for me. Higher calorie density whole foods and inconsistent calorie intake. Thankful for the reminder about my daily actions adding up to long term results. More salads it is.

    Another great graphic, this time depicting the difference in average calories. I think I def. don't restrict calories. I'm really active, big and strong. I EAT good foods. With your advice my action steps are to consider my day to day meals for the reason stopping me from losing weight. just starting out on the plant based. My action steps are to continue reducing animal product intake and meal prep some staples so I can healthfully make half my dish starch/non-starch veg. No oil, granola. Watch out for nuts, avocado. Do foods with high water consistency. That meal at 15:05 min looks amazing! :P Thanks Chels :)

    Add ons and dressings really can up the calories like crazy. Low calorie topping are the way to go.

    Consistency is my problem. Hubby buys a package of chocolate chip cookies and says, "awww, come one, you can have just one." And I do, and it's sabbotage! He isn't on board with WFPB, so he does make it difficult from time to time.

    when you said that the tahini drizzle was bad I jumped out my seat! Nooooooooooooo i love it so much! On a related note, would you mind reviewing the app five sec health? It's suppose to be healthy vegan weight loss recipes with proper calorie information, but I have tried a few recipes with tahini drizzles from there.... Would love to see you have a look and review their recipes!

    Thank you for the great information! I only have 10 final pounds that I desire to lose. I am at a very healthy weight but would like to remove a little remaining belly and thigh fat. Anyhow it’s daily meals..the avocado added etc that’s my issue or a handful of nuts for a snack.

    Currently breastfeeding and weight loss is going SUPER slow... When I tried doing the 50/50 plate with starches and veggies I wasn't producing enough milk (we are cosleeping and breastfeeding on demand). Since increasing my starches and lowering the veggie intake my supply is amazing but weight loss is very slow. I also have trouble with the consistency because once a week my children love to bake with me (which I grew up doing and I love too).

    I had have blood work done and got everything checked and I need to eat below 1500 calories to lose fat but that's not much to eat I go over pretty easy. So I am going to the gym to improve my muscle quality so I can raise my BMR so I can eat more calories and be in a deficit so it's not like being in hell all the time because your hungry

    Chelsea I have ibs-c I went hard core and I was in so much pain what may have I've done wrong? I'm 5'2 tall women 46yrs old and weight 151.00.I'm overweight for my size .I have a severe back problem.

    I have trouble but my calorie allotment is 1200 and that’s rough for me. My weight fluctuates so much and I hate tracking my food.

    Mixture. I tend to eat the alternative meats and cheeses on the weekends and starve myself throughout the week. Apparently for some Beyond Burger and Chick’n. 🙈💩 Back on the proverbial saddle. 😂❤

    GabrielleB. That's my problem also. I found a popcorn rice cakes that has no fat , I'll eat 2 or 3 of them and an apple. This usually helps me
