what I eat in a day (bnge eating recovery, autism, anxiety, chronic illness vlog)

tw:ed + dv - what I eat in a day for my b'nge eating recovery while also dealing with autism, chronic illness, PTSD and OCD. The meals I'm eating, the therapy I'm doing, walking and random life stuff on my health journey, in the hopes that people going through similar things can feel less alone. It's easy to feel like hardly anyone is going through things like this since people often feel too ashamed to discuss it, because we're all meant to be high achieving and well adjusted!

Thank you ☺️ I usually don't follow recipes but I should probably show what I'm putting in, I edit a lot out because I'm so behind and my videos are already long and boring 😂

In case I delete also this account, I just want to let you know this: you are a good mother and you will be! Because you are there for Noah, and with your experiences you will be able to recognize if he needs more help than just "get over it etc.". And if you don't recognize something, he will know he can turn to you, and you will do something. It doesn't really matter if you won't be that adventurous/action parent, you will be his safe point in the world, something I really, really miss. Good luck.

Thank you so much 💛 yeah I worry that I won't be able to do a lot of things with him as he gets older, but being there for him and being able to openly talk to parents is really important. I didn't have that when I needed it, my issues were basically ignored and I was put in school a year EARLIER. Kindergarten teachers said I only played by myself, didn't want to talk to people, had repetitive behaviour but people weren't very aware of autism back then, or even mental health issues. I'd definitely be making sure he had early intervention if he had any struggles and I hope he'll be able to talk to me about anything when he's older. I still don't have a close relationship with my dad even though I do see him at times, but my mum understands my issues a lot more now. I'm sorry you don't have a safe space anymore

He looks like his momma. All of my boys look more like me compared to my daughter. She resembles daddy
